It seems as if this place's best days are behind it. I'll break this review into 3 parts, food, service, bowling. Food - We had a large group of 10 and the food we all had was good but nothing special about it. I had a giant pretzel and a lemonade. The pretzel was good with the cheese and spicy mustard. The lemonade was good for the single drink I received, which brings me to the next part. Service - I would say it was subpar at best. The server took our initial orders and drinks and gave us a pitcher of water. I know personally I asked for another glass of lemonade at least once maybe twice with the server stating "I got you guy!" We were there an hour and a half and I never got that second lemonade. It's simple things such as that which should be taken care of when doing service. Bowling - an initial note for everyone who bowls but I didn't see in any reviews. The pins are on cords so you do not get the same action as you would with traditional pins. Several times pins did not fall as you would think. Just something to note, don't plan to be too competitive due to this. The balls have seen better days and are badly scuffed and scarred. The first two lanes we were on kept breaking down due to ball return issues and broken cords on the pins. We were moved to new lanes which worked better and they gave us 30 additional minutes. I don't know that I would return here. The poor service was the biggest issue to me.

I visited this location on a weekday at 5, and it was disappointing how poor the service was with so few customers around. First off, they brought us to a lane that was being worked on by a maintenance staff member. There were at least 7 other open lanes, but apparently, we still had to wait for this one. An hour later, the lane broke down, and we were forced to move to a different lane. They didn't add any missed time to our new lane. This new lane wasn't scoring correctly, but we didn't want to move again. Second, the food was decent, but my server tried convincing that it came out as I requested and that clearly wasn't true. I ordered the sliders and I wanted the fries with no seasoning. He made the point to say that the fries were without seasoning but they weren't. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get the fries that I asked for. Although it's minor, this could be serious if it were an allergy. Although the place is nice, I wouldn't return. It wasn't worth the poor service and high prices.

I went with my daughter as a part of a gathering yesterday afternoon. The space is pretty nice and clean. I do think more attention to the group was needed as we looked for our waitress a couple of times to order food & drinks. There were a couple of other large parties, so maybe they are just short staffed. I will say the lemon drop, house margarita and empanadas were really good!! We used regular ranch for the empanadas, and they were so fresh!! Funnel cakes.... more like crumbly, overcooked funnel pieces😂 If you are "old school" make sure to ask about the bowling games that are offered. We didn't realize some of the games have different rules as a person bowls. Overall, this was a good experience and I hope to return.

Went here to celebrate my birthday this past Saturday, it was a complete and utter mess. While I originally had a group of 16, the group grew to 20. They allow 8 people per lane, which is totally fine BUT we were not told this upon arrival at the front. We stood there and signed everyone up for bowling/shoes and let them know we had extra people, so could we change out players etc and were told by numerous people that’s fine and that we could do that. We go to our lanes, and about 30/40 mins into the first game we are told by the manager that 4 people needed to leave and sit by themselves in the dining room. So we decided to ask the lane next to us if our group of 4 could join their party and they obliged. There are a couple of issues I have with this part, we should not have had to ask strangers next to us to join them because the staff did not do THEIR job and inform us in the beginning when we arrived. We ordered drinks and food and while our group was bigger we all were calm and enjoying our time when the manager comes over AGAIN to tell us that 4 people needed to leave due to the fire marshal. Listen, I understand the rules you all have to abide by, but let people know or accommodate them. The waiters and reception were sooo lovely and wonderful people. The manager telling us “to have some respect” while we are trying to accommodate our own party that we were told could all go to the lanes..was not the way. The manager will know exactly which party it was as she repeated herself to us to “have some respect” when we were being extremely respectful and solving the issue that she decided to tell us about far into our time there for her. I would advise she learn to treat paying customers better, as we canceled our two lane reservation for the rest of the night and left after the first game. Business was lost here and I can’t even believe I paid for the first hour when it was so rudely interrupted multiple times by the manager and her rude attitude. I hope you re-evaluate who you have working for you and what customer service really means. Disappointed to say the least, and we still spent a good amount for that first hour there. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because the staff were so friendly and agreed with the disrespect we were receiving. One waiter even shared his disdain for the manager, saying she is a very unkind person. Unfortunate experience all around....

My sister and I wanted to have a little fun for the weekend, we decided to go to bowl a barrel for a festive weekend.

To start when we walked in there was a couple who had walked in before us, so when we got inside we were behind them. We waited behind them for about 10 mins before someone asked if we had been help, we said no and he directed us to a hostess that had been there doing absolutely nothing.

She got started with our lane.

The lanes are very small and the seats are even smaller. This isn’t a place for large parties or for groups more than 2 adult as the seat per lane can only hold 2 adults comfortably. The table isn’t large enough for food and drinks to sit there simultaneously.

We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp The sliders And the spinach dip.

The bacon on the bacon wrapped was raw pink we sent that back.

The sliders were ok , nothing to be hype about.

The spinach dip lacked any flavor, tired to fix with salt but to no avail.

The drinks were ok in taste, overly expensive for a martini and it was like drinking an expensive mocktail.

The service was wack af.

She was super slow, lack attentiveness after the plates were empty she didn’t come by to remove the plates ( did I mention that the table was small) when she brought the ticket she didn’t remove to bacon wrapped shrimp that we sent back.

Overall I absolutely will overlook this place when looking for some fun to have with family or friends.

The cost was not work the experience. I would’ve had a better time a celebration stations… yes I’m 36 and yes I’m for real.

Oh and the atmosphere was probably the best. They also had a great musical...

The girl over the phone was so nice and tried to be transparent about pricing. She told us it would be $180 for two lanes for two hours including shoes. She put us on hold, and when she came back, she said she had made a mistake, and it would be $235. When we got there, we got our shoes and bowled and had a blast. HOWEVER, we got our check at the end. We did not order any drinks or food on our tab. The bill read $368. When we asked about it and tried to figure out where the miscommunication came from, the manager was extremely rude and made it seem as though we were wasting her time. We eventually asked to speak with the girl initially on the phone with us. The girl on the phone lied and claimed she didnt talk about pricing with us AT ALL on the phone, despite it being discussed over the phone twice. The manager then got snappy and had more attitude than is even fathomable for someone in a managerial position. The lack of accountability, the lying, and the straight disrespect we received as PAYING customers at a very expensive alley was ridiculous. I cant describe our disappointment with this. She eventually interrupted us, still rather viciously, and said she would give us one free hour, bringing our total down to $292. We agreed, but while she continued helping us she was rolling her eyes and acting like we were just wasting her time. We were nice throughout the conversation. Admittedly confused and distraught, but nice. This was supposed to be a celebration of a recent wedding, and this behavior totally ruined the experience. Just save yourself the time and money and choose somewhere...
