Went here for my best friend's birthday dinner earlier this month and I have to say, as always, no bite gets left uneaten at Buca! We ordered several Buca sized dishes which I'll include in pictures, and they easily fed our entire group of fourteen without an issue and with leftovers to spare. Each dish was prepared excellently and served at just the right temperature so we could all dig in immediately and enjoy ourselves. We ordered the Salmon Sorrento, the Lasagna, the Prosciutto stuffed chicken, the shells stuffed with sausage, the Chicken Carbonara, and the Ravioli Buca sized dishes. We also got Buca sized Fried Mozzarella, Mozzarella Caprese, Mozzarella Garlic Bread, Brussels Sprouts & Prosciutto, Italian Broccoli Romano, and an Apple Gorgonzola Salad. We also got a trio sampler that had the Fried Mozzarella, Calamari, and Spicy Shrimp with it. I think that fully covers everything we got except for drinks, which we enjoyed by those that got them, but drinks really aren't my jam. I'm more of a water always kinda guy. We also got the giant sundae brownie thing in a martini glass bigger than my head. I suppose that the brownies could have been hot under the ice cream, and I personally would have preferred that, but cold brownies are palatable as an Italian finisher so that's really more of a preference. I sampled all the foods and they were each just as delicious as the next. What a satisfying place to take your friends and family! Note: pictures with humans in them are to effectively demonstrate portion size of Buca sized dishes.

This is the second time my family and I have been to Buca di Beppo, and I am very impressed! The last time we visited Buca we went to the location at Stonebriar and the food was just okay, and the waitstaff wasn’t very hospitable. However, we decided to give it another try at a different location for my dad’s birthday because they were offering a free colossal brownie sundae. The highlight of our visit—aside from the amazing food—was our server, Luis. He knew what we wanted before we even said it and brought everything to us as quickly as possible, which truly made my day. The food was incredible. We ordered the Baked Ziti, which was perfectly cheesy and not too salty. The Fettuccine Alfredo was good but not as outstanding as the other dishes we had. Finally, the reason we came—the brownie sundae—arrived, and it was absolutely massive! It had six huge scoops of ice cream, 12 generously sized brownie pieces, plenty of whipped cream, and sprinkles. We couldn’t finish everything, but Luis noticed right away and quickly brought us to-go boxes. Honestly, this experience was even better than our visit to the Buca near Stonebriar. Unfortunately, because of the distance from where I live, I can only come here when I’m in the area—but it’s definitely worth it!

I booked a 42-person dining experience with Buca Di Beppo via Andy the Operations Manager. The ease of booking is something to speak highly of. Andy was quick to respond to my inquiry and quickly replied to my emails. Another highlight was that I was able to book our event without putting down a deposit. I simply had to confirm the guest count 2 days before the event! Evening of the event: Our reservation was for 7:30 so everyone arrived between 7-7:15, and we were escorted to our section around 7:25. Two names I recall: Gallo & Priscilla! Gallo was our manager and facilitator for the evening and Priscilla was one of our main waitresses. There were two other associates whom names I didn’t get but they were more so handling the kitchen/prep/plating of our meals. Gallo and the three others took great care of us. Food: The portions are served family style & we ordered the GLORIOSO package which is 5 courses. Everyone was full and satisfied by the end of the evening. We were pleasantly surprised when Priscilla began to hand out to-go containers and bags. Overall, I have no complaints. Thank you Buca di Beppo - Park Lane, Andy, Gallo, Priscilla and the two others who made our family reunion formal dinner an amazing event.

Went in at 15 minutes to close, not 5, not 10 minutes...15 minutes till close by my cell phone time. We were treated very badly by the staff. The waitress was visibly mad, she came by the table after we were rushed very rudely and made to order our drinks and food together, stating, "its 15 minutes to close", then after we ordered all we were "allowed" to order even before it was 10:00, again a second time a few minutes later, "its 10 minutes to close". This was just plain rude because we had already ordered. She was being smart-elic reminding us that we were terrible people because how dare we ruin her hoping to get out early and not get another table so she could be off right at 10:00. Then again for no reason, "its 5 minutes to close", then a forth time, "its two minutes" to close. This ALL was unnecessary because we had already ordered. This was very passive aggressive behavior to show that we were rude for coming in at 15 till close. There were about 10 of us. Stupid because we all have worked in restaurants and are 30% tippers and although we arrived 15 minutes before the bar would even be closed, she had no desire to offer wine or a cocktails upselling what could have been a huge tab and her best money making table of the night. Finally I got frustrated with her visibly rude behavior and stated, if you are really closed at 9:45PM and not 10 and there is NO SEATING until 10, that's what the hours should say on the front door and then we would have picked elsewhere to go. She said very rudely, "do you want to see my Manager". I replied no, because at this point she had already ruined what was a last minute attempt to give my husband a birthday dinner after a fiasco of a day and I didnt feel like causing a scene. Even though she was told no, the next thing I know a manager, who obviously had been lied to and briefed that WE were rude, who had an "air" of rudeness himself and came only to be defensive and had no intention of apologizing or being objective until he spoke with us was just as rude as the waitress. As a person who has been a Manager with years of experience in the hospitality industry, I was horrified at the behavior of the staff we encountered on that night. Too bad, the food is great (that is why you got 2 stars, if the service was better you would have got 4 or 5 stars from me-too bad). If you want to eat a meal the last hour they are open, DONT GO THERE!!!! Shame on them for ruining my Husband's Birthday. Also...change your hours of operation if you don't want to take kitchen orders up until what YOU say is closing time or at the very least train your staff to know that if you seat till 10, that doesnt mean the kitchen closes at 10 and everyone is out the door at 10-duh...common sense here people! Your managers shouldn't allow waitstaff to treat a PAYING customer that way, that's how...

So I called 30 minutes before ever showing up, spoke to the person over the phone who said there was no wait. When I asked for a reservation they said there was no need for a walk in for a party of 8. I got there and was told that there was a wait of an hour and a half and that there were so many reservations even though there was no mention of this over the phone. I witnessed two parties in front of me experience the same frustration, a party of 12 called ahead and was told the same and ended up leaving . Waited for about 30 minutes saw people coming and going, reservations being sat and then this is what did it for me! There were 2 no reservation walk ins after us that were offered split booths or split tables and were seated ahead of us! Finally my wife said something and was upset that none of the offers to seat us were made as they were to the others. She was not rude or by any means harsh but merely expressed her disappointment in the customer service to accommodate individuals who were after us. So then the acting manager the night of 12/29/18 who I won’t name names but she was a short Latina responded in a rude and condescending way replied to my wife by reading off the reservation names and why there were no available tables. Tired, hungry and frustrated we sat and ate in separate booths. Mind you this was no 2 person dinner date of less than $50 bucks this was a party of a few people which easily spent over $200 dollars. The chicken Alfredo was bland, like dry and bland unfortunately I would have to say olive gardens is better. The kids pizza was horrible, my son literally just ate the complimentary bread with the toppings from it because the sauce was covered in garlic and the crust was bad. The free bread, the salmon and chicken parmigiana were the highlight of the night. Kudos to JR who was a decent waiter for the night being slammed and all. Bottom line is the foods ok, prices are high but is based on servings, customer service and management needs to get it together. You tell someone something over the phone then own up to it in person, management needs to train or be trained in what to say or admit when they’re wrong. My company paid hundreds of dollars for a Christmas party there and it was not that bad, so I decided to try it out with my family who’s visiting from out of the country. Needless to say I was embarrassed and upset that this was their experience for the first time going there and...

I placed a reservation maybe a week or more before I had a graduation dinner on December 16, 2017 for my daughter. Who graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. This was an amazing and exiciting time for us, and she was very elated to have a dinner at Buca Di Beppo on Park In. As we've only been here one other time for someone else's graduation dinner. We had a great host and hostess (Perry and Veronica). However, the dinner was booked for 5:30, and we were literally put out at 6:58 by one of the girls who worked the front. Didn't get her name, but I'm sure they know exactly whom I'm speaking of. She came to the area where we were sitting and YELLED we needed to get our things and go because the people who booked for 7 had arrived. By this time, one of the people I invited to the dinner stated, "he heard the guy at the front that was taking reservations say he didn't care where they sat us as long as we were out by 7. He didn't know that the guy was speaking of us, until the girl literally yelled we needed to go. She was so rude that the manager heard her throughout the restaurant, and tried coming in to apologize. Which she should've had the person that disrespected us come along to apologize as well. The only thing that I could say is, it was very embarrassing, rude, and disrespectful. Not business like at all!!! We didn't get a chance to cut her cake. Which we ended up having to ask everyone to drive in the terrible rain to come across town to our home. I've never been to a place were you're seated at 5:35 food out after 6, and put out shortly after. If they would've told me that prior, I could've booked with another restaurant. I've never felt so disrespected in my life!  Everyone in the dinner party felt disrespected. Only positive thing I could say is, the food was great and as I stated previously Veronica and her brother Perry were great as well. Sadly, I don't think we'll ever visit again. When you let your employees disrespect customers, it's not a place I would want to spend my...
