First of all customer service is a priority with these guys. I spoke with Seth earlier in the morning about a nontechnical issue. Seth was apathetic and patient with me, even though I was flustered, but still respectful to him, and tracked down numbers to the service depart for whom I needed to speak with to resolve my issue. But that’s not the best part. After a hour and half of them being ultimately unhelpful and then making me uncomfortable by excessive asking me uncomfortable questions about my checking information. I went on the web, asked specifically for number to the company and issue I was trying to resolve, it led me back to Seth and The Tech Guys. Seth remembered me, and suggested a common sense solution to my issue, that worked! Microsoft, being the conglomerate they and the company all this distress was caused by, should already be what this guys are. All this was said just to say in my life time, things get resolved with a little patience and My Guy Seth, got me fixed with a lot of patience on an issue that wasn’t his to fix. Update. I paid to be on their subscription tech service. Very glad I did. Have used it twice now. It's great to know where to go to take care of any computer problem that has me stumped. My first review: Outstanding. GO HERE FIRST!! So glad I found The Tech Guys. Computer had a virus or malware or both. Something I was able to take care of myself once in the past. Usually my virus protection has worked very well. One shop had failed to fix the problem. Tech Guys were able to take care of the problem and they installed more malware protection. All at a great price. Much less than the shop who said they'd taken care of the problem but had not. In the past I'd had a tech guy that came to my house and cost the earth. Did an okay job but not great. Over the zillion years I've had a home computer and been online (I'm old enough to remember even no computers of any kind at work.) I have rarely needed tech support. But when it is needed it is really, really needed. I have also been to two other tech repair places in Richardson and the Tech Guys are much faster.
