Update: 7/9/22 Eid Mubarak We went to the new location on Sherman St, hoping that with all the investment that was put in to make this beautiful building, the food will be aligned in quality. Well, we walked in and the guy told us they had a buffet for the Eid Adha Celebration for 15.99. As a first impression, we were blinded with the light effects of the place and went ahead grabbed our plates and started to fill some of the limited selection of their so called Buffet.. sadly they only had a very basic variety of food like eggs, fried veggies, and pickles. The only meat we saw was stewed liver, which is the cheapest and the most unhealthy meat available in the market. Where is some chicken, beef, tuna, or any type of justification of the 15.99 charge?? At that point we realized we made a mistake because we already had put some food in the plates and we couldn't just put down and leave. We were 5 adults and 4 children ( 1,3,3,6 years). One of the adults was so unhappy with the selection that he decided not to eat. Surprisingly, when we got the bill it was about $140, then we told the lady that only 4 adults ate, and she adjusted it to $120. We were still shocked because this a LOT OF MONEY for such a basic meal that didn't offer ANY meat selection. Plus, the food didn't taste good and they had a few nuggets over the potatoes that were old and dry which tells me they were left overs from the day before . It was only 1030 am when we came in, and they charged us for LUNCH as you see in the receipt which would have been totally fine if the food offered was lunch style, My son only ate one falafel from my plate and they charged him $8.99. we got a small pot of tea, and the premium price was $9. Common people!. The small bottle of water $1.5 and the worst part of all this experience, they IMPOSED GRATUITY which was $19. Why the hell in a self service environment you impose tips? I don't know how they get those reviews. I could have had a DESCENT breakfast in this special day for half of that price. What a shame.
Very dissapointed. We went to eat Knafa and the three plates had a horrible burning smell. We ordered a out of coffee that was ok. The place is very outdated. Paid 28 bucks for sweets and environment that we didn't enjoy. I wouldn't...

I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at Jasmine was so disappointing that I feel it’s necessary to share.
From the moment I entered, the service was lacking in every way. The server was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. There was no effort to make us feel welcome or valued as guests, and it seemed like they couldn’t care less about our experience.
To make matters worse, there was no visible manager on the floor to address the issues, which made the situation even more frustrating. Adding to the poor atmosphere, I was shocked to see staff members smoking indoors. This is completely unacceptable in a public space, especially in a place that should be focused on providing a pleasant dining experience.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold – not just lukewarm but genuinely cold, as if it had been sitting around for far too long. I had high hopes for my meal, but unfortunately, it was not only unappetizing but also served at an unacceptably low temperature.
For a restaurant with such potential, this experience was a major letdown. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a good dining experience. I really hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall quality of...
Read moreThe market part of the business is very well organized. Large selection of middle Eastern foods at a very competitive price. The fact it opens till midnight is a HUGE plus. The produce is also of good quality and very competitive in pricing. For the restaurant part of the business, we went there yesterday to try it for the first time. The ambiance is modern and well thought off. Menu prices are very good. We have not tried their buffet yet. We ordered several wraps and fried livers. The fried livers dish was to die for. Unfortunately, my brother got his wrap cold. Our whole order was brought in all at the same time, we expected appetizers to come first. That made the table just too crowded and made the experience less enjoyable. Our biggest disappointment however was just the appalling quality of service. Our waitress was rude, nonchalant, and did not tend to our table at all. Our food took 30-40 min to come ( we literally ordered 3 wraps and 2 appetizers). When my brother respectfully informed the waitress that his wrap was cold, she was non responsive and rude. Not even once did she come by and refilled our cups. Communication was also an issue and we noted a slight language barrier. All in all, fair experience but service really needs a revamp. We will definitely be back to the market section , not sure about the...
