I rarely complain about restaurants, but I had a really bad experience here.. there was a 25 minute wait (not a problem) but the hostess seemed uninterested in seating us. She also asked us to wait outside on the sidewalk even though there is a waiting area inside.
She put us down on a waitlist but I never got a text message when the table was ready - we only sat down after I asked a handful of other staff about how much longer the wait was..
After sitting down nobody came to our table for 15 minutes.. when we finally got ready to order, the waiter said they ran out of mansaf at 10 AM.
I don’t understand how a Jordanian restaurant can run out of their signature dish (mansaf) at 10 in the morning on a Saturday… it would have been much better if the hostess at the door told us they didn’t have any mansaf before making us wait almost an hour..
We came here specifically for the mansaf and were very disappointed with the experience and staff. The only positive thing I can report is the atmosphere and decor was very nice.
I understand the place is new so they are still figuring out their operations, I hope the service will improve over the next few weeks or months but unfortunately at this time I would say it was a 1...

We had the pleasure of visiting Khashoka just before their official opening, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The owner welcomed our family with such warmth and hospitality — it immediately made us feel at home.
The food was phenomenal, with the same authentic taste and top-notch quality as their Amman branch, which we’ve always loved. Every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It’s rare to find a place that combines authenticity, hospitality, and quality so seamlessly.
Khashoka is truly a gem — we can’t wait to come back once they officially open and bring more friends and family to...

A couple of things to keep in mind: since they just recently opened, the wait time after 7–8 PM can be quite long (around 30 minutes to an hour), and a few menu items may be unavailable due to the high volume. They’re still fine tuning their service and systems, so a bit of patience goes a long way.
If you want the smoothest experience, I’d recommend waiting a few weeks until they’re fully settled in. But overall, I definitely see great potential here and wish them the...
