I really had high hopes for this place. I wished I could have had a better experience. Straight off the bat this place was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean fresh and appealing to the eyes. I walked in and I waited at the front desk for a few minutes and nobody was there. When someone finally came to the desk I said I had an appointment at 12. He said please be seated and someone will be right with you. We asked if we could browse the dresses while we wait. The man at the counter said sure. Whenever we were browsing a young lady and the man came and got us and sat us down to give us our consultation. They asked the basic questions of what is your budget, what kind of style dress you are looking for, when is our wedding date etc. I said my budget was $1700. I said I’m willing to budge if the dress is the right dress. At that moment when I said my budget, there didn’t seem to be an issue at that time. While my sister and I were looking through the rows of dresses, A man (hair in a pony tail and beard) walks up to us and ask us what is our budget, when is your wedding date, what style dress we are looking for, basically the entire questions that we had just been asked at our initial consultation on the chair. When I told him my budget of $1700 he immediately says all of my dresses are over $2000. Why advertise on your website a range of $1500 to $2000 as the base if you claimed that all of your dresses are over $2000. I was extremely discouraged at that time. I decided to try on the two dresses that I’ve already picked out before I knew the price.. They put me with a trainee. (Btw it was his first ever consultation). Poor guy looked like a deer caught in the headlights. He didn’t offer to help me into my dress, he didn’t help to open the curtains, etc and I don’t blame him. It was just due to lack of training and communication from management. At the end of our appointment, the bearded man wrote down the style and the price of the dress I liked. Just FYI the dress I liked was in the $1900s CLEARLY not over $2000. The entire experience made me have a bitter taste in my mouth. It’s as if we were a burden for them to be there. My overall appointment of a 1.5 hours initial wedding consultation ended within 11 minutes. I was extremely disappointed at the entire experience and I hope that you guys...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vivienne Atelier for a bridal consultation, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience, all thanks to Destiny! From the moment I stepped into the boutique, I knew I was in good hands.

She was not only super helpful but also incredibly attentive to my preferences and vision for my big day. It felt like she genuinely cared about making me feel special and finding the perfect gown.

I had some nerves going into the appointment, but she quickly put me at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor. She provided valuable insights and advice without being pushy, ensuring I was making decisions that felt right for me.

The entire atmosphere at Vivienne Atelier was delightful, and the customer service was top-notch. Destiny's knowledge about different designers and styles was vast, and she provided an educational experience that made me feel more confident in choosing the dress that resonated with me the most.

This place was such a vibe! Not only did the bridal shop have beautiful, elegant decor, but the staff was amazing! We had the pleasure of having Destiny assist us, and she was AMAZING! She clicked with my crew and was extremely helpful. She gave me tips, hyped me up, and gave me her realistic opinion. We visited 2 other near by locations prior to this one, but honestly Destiny made us feel completely comfortable! I showed destiny my Pinterest inspo, she asked all the right questions, and grabbed dresses for me. She was very observant to notice the ones I had my eyes on, and she picked out dresses way better than my picks. I ended up buying one she picked out for me. This placed and Destiny was perfect. 100% recommend!

Update 3/27. I had called in late February and asked if they steamed wedding dresses purchased from there and was informed they did. Staff asked me to take the dress two days before my wedding, which is 3/30 and would be happy to help at no cost, since I was their customer. I called today and now they are telling me they don’t do it after the dress leaves the store. I was told “it must of been the previous manager who gave you that information but we cleaned the house, and have whole new staff since then” and did not steamed dresses. I asked if I could be referred somewhere and whoever I spoke with told me “I am not from here and you could google it.” As a bride getting married in two days I was livid and now had to scramble to find a location, since not all dry cleaners did it. I was actually informed by the alteration place Vivienne bridal referred me to that Vivienne bridal will steam my dress which is why I had called and confirmed ahead of time...
