I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service my family and I experienced during our recent visit to your restaurant. I believe it is important to bring these concerns to your attention in order to help improve the overall dining experience for future customers. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the indifferent attitude displayed by the restaurant manager (Patric) towards our concerns. Despite our efforts to address the issue that we were dissatisfied with our order, Patrick’s lack of empathy and genuine interest in resolving our concerns left us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers. It is disheartening when a person in a managerial position fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, the lack of attentiveness from the manager was reflected in the overall service provided by the staff. Our requests for assistance were met with delayed responses and minimal effort to rectify the situation. This not only affected our dining experience but also left us with the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority for your establishment. We had hoped to enjoy a pleasant evening at your restaurant, but unfortunately, the poor customer service we encountered tarnished our overall impression. In the spirit of constructive criticism, I would like to offer a few suggestions to help enhance the customer service experience at your restaurant. Firstly, providing proper training to the manager and staff on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques could greatly benefit the overall customer experience. Although with positive intent, we feel the server did not adequately explain the details of the combo. We originally discussed ordering the Pork Gyoza (6 pieces) and the server offered a combo however she did not explain that we would receive only three pieces and a side salad. We are a family of three. Our ask was to simply revert our order back to the full small plate portion and send back the salad. However we were made to feel it was our fault and that there was no accountability for the lack of communication on the servers end. We are not asking for a refund or a credit or anything of that nature. I genuinely hope that my concerns are acknowledged and that appropriate measures are taken to rectify the issues we encountered. I look forward to witnessing the positive changes that will enhance the experience for...

My recent visit to Jinya Ramen Bar left me thoroughly impressed, starting with their innovative Vegan Impossible Bun. Featuring smashed avocado, impossible meat, thinly sliced cucumbers, all nestled within a soft Japanese bun, each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The freshness of the ingredients truly shone through, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
Next up was the Spice Creamy Vegan Ramen, a dish that surpassed all expectations. While tofu adorned the bowl, I must admit I didn't indulge much in it. However, what stole the show was the creamiest veggie broth – rich, flavorful, and utterly comforting. Each slurp was a symphony of taste as the various elements intertwined seamlessly, leaving me craving more with every spoonful.

Read moreI have so many nice things to say about this place! After my first visit, Jinya is now my go-to ramen spot.
The food was incredible and packed with an immense amount of flavor. I was delighted with how everything came out. The food was hot, the fried items were nice and crispy, the eggs in our ramen had the perfect runny yolk, and the cocktails we got from the bar tasted so good. There was not too long of a wait time between when we ordered and when we got our food. Their kitchen works very hard to get that food out quickly and tasty!
This restaurant has a nice vibe to it. It’s a nice spot to catch up with friends or even have a business lunch with clients. While it’s not pictured, they accommodated someone in the restaurant who was in a wheelchair and could sit comfortably with their party.
The first time I was here, my family and I sat on the patio when it was a bit cold out and sprinkling because the restaurant was full. It was nice and comfortable temperature on the outdoor patio, and I did not feel the wind or rain on me, even though I was sitting in the corner of the patio right next to the fabric lining they had out.
Our server was very kind and helpful in recommending items. The manager, Grant, stopped by our table to ensure everything was good and was very kind. Everyone who works here was just so great to us.
I can’t wait to go back! If you haven’t been here yet, what...
