Ship Daly City is a fantastic small business that provides excellent postal and shipping services with a personal touch. I recently visited to get my passport photos taken and to ship a few items via FedEx, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The owner, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was done correctly, while her adorable son, added a sweet, welcoming vibe to the shop.

What stands out most about Ship Daly City is their family-owned, customer-focused approach. They genuinely care about providing great service, and it shows in how they handle every request with patience and attention to detail. Recently came in to Ship Daly City for a FedEx shipment and everything went really smooth — fast, professional, and the customer service was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back anytime I need shipping services in Daly City since they also handle DHL international shipping and USPS packages.

This place is more than just shipping — they also do passport photos, visa photos, UHaul rentals, private mailbox rentals (PMB) with a real street address, and even printing, faxing, scanning, and document shredding. Super convenient location right by the Daly City BART with easy access for drop-offs. Highly recommend this locally owned small business for anyone looking for a one-stop shipping and mailing center...

Had to have my passport photo taken recently since I needed to renew my passport. Received fantastic service from the staff. I was nervous about what the photo would look like (hey, I would have to keep the photo for 10 years!), but the owner made sure I was satisfied with the shot before printing it.

I believe this store is new, but it’s an all in one shop - I can now ship all my returns (shopping regrets) in one place! No longer need to find time to head out to fedex, dhl, and usps on separate days anymore :) Such a convenient location and easy parking as well.
