A quick background of my acne journey. I've had really bad acne as a teenager and continued as an adult. I tried different products from holistic to chemical. My skin would clear, but would come back with vengeance when that time of the month would come around. Which would leave me with deep scars.

First time I came into this office, I was given a hydro-facial and already felt the difference in my skin. The facial unclogged my pores and made my skin feel relaxed and hydrated. The first session intrigued me to continue and see what happens.

I go to Karen for my hydro-facials and she is amazing! She is very gentle and very knowledgeable of what she does. She will walk you through everything that she is doing and explain the products that she is using as well as recommend the products that would work better on your skin. I must say the recommendations that she has given me so far has been working for me.

I've also gotten micro-needling and Carbon laser. My go to is Norelyn. She has an amazing spirit and the love and passion she has for what she does, has helped me continue my journey. I first started with micro-needling. I was very nervous because, well, it's needles on my face. But Norelyn, explained the process from beginning to end and ensured that if I could not handle it that we would. Numbing takes 20-25 minutes. Once it's settled the procedure took a little more than an hour because like I said my scarring was bad. Down time after is 7 days. Yes, my face the first 3 days was like I came out of a horror film but once my face settled I started to see a difference in the glow of my skin. So I did 2 or 3 more sessions of micro-needling before switching to what I am currently doing. Carbon laser.

Norelyn started me on carbon laser back in, I want to say July. She introduced it to me and I have never went back to micro-needling. Carbon laser does not need numbing cream and theres is no down time. I've came out of there with my skin glowing and feeling like my face was less congested. Doing carbon laser has not only cleared up my skin, minimize my pores, but also noticed my face being less oily. So starting off , she will put a clay mask on your face that will take 20-25 mins to dry. Then the procedure itself will take about an hour and a half. Once the process is over, she will put a hydro-mask and put you under the blue light for another 20 mins. Then moisturize and sunblock then you're good to go. You will see results if not right away, but within 3 days. It gets better and better as days goes by.

I visited for the “Bye Bye Bags” promo, expecting the treatment as advertised. However, the experience was far from what was promised. They brought me in for a consultation and essentially dismissed the promo’s effectiveness, claiming microneedling alone wouldn’t make a difference. Instead, they pushed pricier options like PRP (drawing blood to inject back into your skin) for $900 ($500 for VIP) or microneedling with RF. This was completely different from what was promoted on social media—false advertising at its worst.

Despite this, I opted for the original promo. After declining the upsell, I was basically dismissed. The nurse who did my treatment wasn’t even informed about what I was there for. She thought I was doing a full-face microneedling treatment and had to confirm with the front desk. This lack of communication and disorganized system was frustrating.

To top it off, they used a Dr. Pen—a device anyone can buy online and use at home—which made the treatment feel unprofessional and cheap. On top of that, I never received any post-care instructions, which is incredibly unprofessional and concerning for a treatment like this.

I arrived 20 minutes early and was told that I never had an appointment. I was shocked because I called and confirmed the time and date before arriving. Then I was told that I didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t text to confirm the slot, even though I confirmed via phone.

I was told to wait 10-15 minutes and then was pulled into a consultation, not my facial appointment like we agreed. Then they told me to wait another 10 minutes and proceeded to talk to me about some brochure and additional treatments that I was not interested in.

I ended up waiting for over an hour and then was told that there was nothing that they could do and I would not be seen today. Again, even though they confirmed that I indeed had an appointment. After all of this I was kicked out of their business and told I would not be getting any treatments done.

Unbelievable and extremely horrible customer service. A blessing that I didn’t get any treatments after all because this place treats their clientele like trash and feels like a total scam. DO...
