The food here is always amazing. I was disappointed in the service though. The girl that rang us up seemed annoyed the whole time. It was not busy at the time we went and she seemed annoyed again when we asked to order a beer. She didn't give us a receipt for the beer and when we asked for it so we could add a tip, she asked "do you need the receipt?" with a bit of attitude and an eye roll. That's when we said it was to add a tip and she just stared at us. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but it did put a damper on our lunch. My husband decided to just put cash down for tip (a tip she didn't deserve) since we were not getting a receipt from her. I get it girl, none of us want to work, but don't be rude...

TLDR: Great food, great service

I went to Board and Brew for the first time this weekend and the sandwich I got (Tom's Choice) was fantastic. I was thinking about it again this morning and decided to order online and pick up a sandwich for lunch. I arrived at the Aliso Niguel location and was told I had accidentally ordered at the wrong location, but I could easily call the other location and ask them to cancel the order.
