I went to the laundry/dry cleaning shop in this plaza. I don't usually write reviews but due to the horrible experience I had I feel the need to warn everyone else. The owner is extremely rude. I don't think I have come across such a business owner before. He can not take even the slightest bit of criticism. On top of that, he has no respect of his customers. These people are very dishonest. They charged me $70 to shorten two dresses and a skirt but they were not done. I know that because unbeknownst to them I had tried these garments before I gave them. Then they charged $8 to clean the skirt indicating the skirt smelled when us NOT true. When I left there after we all inspected the skirt there was no smell. I guess they thought they should get more money out of me. I will get these garments properly done....
