We attended the Mozzarella Cheese Making class with Gennaro last night and enjoyed it very much. He's very knowledgeable but makes you feel confident that you can duplicate his results at home. The cheese was delicious, and he had us sample some excellent olive oils and balsamic vinegar to dip the cheese into. You can tell that he is very customer-service oriented and encourages people to call him with questions on the cheese making, or wine or beer making. They have everything you need to get started in a kit or as separate items you can buy there. They are also offering charcuterie classes soon--which I am sure will also...

Had the pleasure of taking a Wine & Cheese making class at Beer & Wine Hobby this past weekend. The class was the perfect balance of instructional, scientific, and fun. The instructor clearly exhibited enthusiasm and passion in what he does. To be able to get hands-on experience as well as taste test the outcomes was a full circle experience. After the course we were given a chance to shop the store front where the staff was informational and very friendly. Beer & Wine Hobby has won themselves a new customer in me!
