Trying to keep up my New Years resolution of weight loss + support local business. I couldn’t be more satisfied with BestLife! This is my first time ordering and they knocked it out of the park. From healthy food that isn’t “boring” and packed with real flavor to the presentation of each meal prep pack I couldn’t be more wowed. The portion sizes are perfect! Thank goodness for finding them. Incredible service. My first time using a meal prep service and I won’t use anyone else moving forward. Chose a plan of 4 meals a day 6 days a week. Made my cut extremely simple. A lot of the meals are Gluten free, soy free, and dairy free which is key for me. Yes it’s more expensive than prepping yourself, but on the flip side it’s a lot cheaper than eating out, you don’t have to shop, cook, cleanup, and the meals taste fire.
