First of all let me start by saying I have spent over $50-$60,000 at Best Buy appliances TVs sound systems computers printers I have dealt with the Warwick Rhode Island store for years. Approximately two weeks ago I purchased three items about $160 . what I purchased was not compatible. but this time I was advised by the person in that department, it would be no big deal time to bring it back. At the time of purchase at checkout, it was actually a painful undertaking and I always get my receipt. Emailed to me. This is one of the rear occasions that I actually paid cash for an item.. About a week ago, I was in the Chelmsford area and I seen a Best Buy. I said let me take it back to say they couldn’t find it. They couldn’t take it back. I had their bag the boxes were open, but I’m sure they could’ve ran some kind of code.. The manager at that store told me I had to go back to the store that I bought it and they return it and they would look it up. So today, I finally got around to bringing it back to the store that it was purchased they would not take the item back the boxes were opened. This is by far the worst run store that I have been counted. The people at checkout have no clue on what’s going on the lines along. If Best Buy cares about any customer service they need to take a close look at the store and run. They would not return the item, I took the item and I walked out of the store. I am on the road constantly. It was a complete hassle of our half a days pay because of the incompetence of not putting my purchases in my profile. It is clearly therefore I have a profile I was almost at the point to tell him well why don’t we go to the cameras and look at the day? I was here when we purchased them I will continue And keep calling the corporate office till I get some kind of resolution because of their employee I am the one that has been financially hurt. It’s truly appalling. A corporation of this size could not have a little bit more. empathy! For a loyal and valued customer anytime I need some form of electronics earbuds, iPhones, iPad, televisions, vacuum, cleaners. Anyone who goes to the store will know what I mean.. In the manager completely useless how do you manage a store and not have the consideration or the intelligence to realize that he’s gonna bring me to the level to write a review like this?    Read moreUPDATE today 6/11/22 I went back to this store and spoke to management, her name is Kasey a rather lovely woman overall who was eager to assist me. She took ownership over the issue and went to get it done. Unfortunately the correct item wasn't in stock and I had to go to the portsmouth store and spoke to Pam.
Pam set me up with her wireless team and they took care of me properly.
I came back to the original store because I realized I didn't get my license back from the employee and Kasey took care of me for the inconvenience. She seems to be a really pleasant person and a very valuable asset to best buy. I appreciate her and wish her well in her future endeavors in Florida!

I arrived yesterday to upgrade my phone on my Verizon business plan by buying an unlocked galaxy s22 ultra, but I was made aware that they cannot do business accounts. I understood and asked them to give me the UNLOCKED phone and I'll activate it on t-mobile since it's the cheapest. He connected it and since I'm a truck driver I had to run.
The price also came up higher than it was listed as. It came to 950 instead of 800 as indicated online.
When I finally stopped I went to set up my phone and went to put my SIM card in and it stated that the phone was network locked.
I didn't see anything indicating that the phone was locked until I looked at the seal very closely on the box and it stated t-mobile.
Despite me telling him multiple times I wanted the unlocked he still have me a locked phone and held onto it until it was activated. He made sure to tell me that I'd be charged a restocking fee if I return it opened even though he opened it himself.
This was also why the price was 950 instead of 800. The t-mobile device with activation was actually 950 instead of 800 like the unlocked version.
I'm trying to come back to speak with management to see if I can get this settled. If he takes care of it, I'll also be getting the galaxy watch 4 classic along with it. Hopefully they...

I went to go get my pre order. I was super excited to play the new pokemon game while I will be out on surgery. I went to the store before they opened at 9am to make sure I got the pre order bonuses. My boyfriend placed the pre order as soon as pre orders were available. Release was this morning. Not many people were waiting in line. Guy unlocks the door at 9 AM and says how they don’t have the Pokémon cards for the pre-order. I was fine with that because I was only there for the mouse pad mat for my gaming computer. I was the 3rd person in line for my pre order. Keep in mind I was on the phone with my boyfriend because I was concerned they were going to scam me out of the pre order bonus. As for those who don’t know, it’s a first come first service. I brought my ID and my boyfriend’s ID just incase because he was the one who placed the order. The employee was shuffling around the orders which was odd since they just opened. Not sure what he was trying to accomplish there. The younger dude with curly hair told me that it had to be placed with the order. We never heard of such thing before with BEST BUY! The guy told me the bar code does NOT include the bonus. I was bullshit but it seemed out of my control. I felt mistreated by the guy. We called customer service and we were told different information. I feel as if I were misguided and mistreated as I woke up early today expecting my pre order bonus BUYER BEWARE OF THIS MATTER! I am positive the dude just wanted to keep the bonus for himself. If you are expecting a pre order bonus I suggest calling customer service and don’t leave the store.
Edit: I was talking with someone in target today, and they were told they were scammed by them before so he was in target picking up...
