I purchased a used washer and dryer from this location was told the total pay off was like $1,200 some how it went up to $1,785 but I didn't argue it cause the washer and dryer are is needed they say communicate with them I called and made a payment and let Elijah know I had been to the doctor and they found a lump behind my ear and that I was becoming sick and I was going to do my best but I wasn't sure how my health was going to turn out long story short I ended up in the hospital fighting for my life I contacted them as soon as I got out of the hospital to ask how much I needed to pay to get caught back up I was told $400 even received a letter in the mail saying my total pay off is $1785 I called an paid $600 befor I went in the hospital I had already paid $ 887 I have now paid $1487 towards a used washer and dryer I called to ask what my pay off would be thinking it should be $298 and I wanted to get them paid off and off my back but NO now they say I still owe $1,301.75 HOW this place is ridiculous not only am I dealing with this but the ladies that work there think they can talk to u like they are ur mommy they basically called me a thief even though I did my part in communicating thank u aaron's not only did I have to battle for my life now I get to deal with this stress and it seems to me like yall are the ones ripping people off this is pathetic and not...

I have rented furniture from this place for over 2 years now. I have made every payment and through the pandemic we have struggled at times. We paid a bed off then got a couch and a Xbox. I went to make my payment today and got charged $20 more than the last time when i paid my payment. Said it was a $5 late fee for each item even though they was closed yesterday and the website would not accept my card even though thats what I used over the phone today. Even when you are 1 day late and they was closed the previous day they will still call you nonstop. One person says one thing and the other says another. Not a horrible place if you really need it but I would suggest not being 1 day late after a Sunday when they are off because they'll charge you a late fee. Oh, and when you say no to their Aarons club they will charge you for that anyway and not even offer to make that right to bad i spent $50 before i realized thats what i was being charged for. After being a customer that is loyal you would expect a little bit better...

Awful to deal with. Huge miscommunication between them. Very Unreliable and disrespectful. Cannot depend on these guys to make sure you know when your getting your items.
