Yes, yes, yes...This procedure was not painful u just feel pressure. I have a high tolerance for possible uncomfortable feelings so i let the water go a lit longer before I tapped out and I feel it assisted better for waste removal. They say having your colon clean may not help with losing weight. However I am a lady who works out and eat mostly healthy foods and stayed at 250 for at least 2 months. The weight was not moving...serious standstill. After this procedure and a week and a half Im down 10 pounds. I think this procedure assisted with relieving my constipation thus making it easier for me to lose weight. My stomach do not feel uncomfortably tight anymore. No constipation and feeling better. I cannot compliment Heather enough. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. As soon as you walk in, the space so inviting and welcoming. Heather takes you back to another room where she does the cleansing and that is also super comfy. The night gown she gives you to put on is literally the softest. Heather talks you through everything and explains everything so well. Heather makes it seem like you are her only client, and will spend as much time needed with you to answer your questions.
