The owners of this shop are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They truly care about creating something wonderful for their clients. They are so patient and really want to get it right. I had multiple changes with pickup times and they never became frustrated; they were so friendly and accommodated all of my crazy requests. My son had a beautiful ballon bouquet because of them and it really made his birthday party feel like a celebration.
