From the moment we stepped into this authentic Korean restaurant in Danville, California, it was clear we were in for a treat. We chose this spot to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The employees were the heart and soul of our delightful experience. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to one gentleman who went above and beyond, playing songs from my friend’s favorite K-pop group. His thoughtful gesture added a personalized touch to our celebration and truly made my friend’s day. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show - the food. Every dish was a burst of authentic Korean flavors, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The quality and taste were incredible, providing us with a culinary journey that we’re eager to embark on again. This restaurant not only served us delicious food but also created a memorable birthday celebration for my friend, thanks to its wonderful employees and their exceptional service. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, already planning our next visit. If you’re in Danville and craving authentic Korean cuisine, do yourself a favor and visit this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Su-Min- our server- and the cooks in the kitchen made our experience one of a kind. We started off dinner at a different location where the food was sadly subpar. This was our redemption opportunity and FAR exceeded our expectations!! The spicy pork was simply to die for, the japchae was phenomenal and the sides that complimented the other dishes we ordered were such awesome additions! The price to feed our family of four was only $65 which greatly impressed us as this was the final eatery we went to in several different locations, from Danville out to San Fran. If you like asian cuisine, do your palate and belly a favor and stop in. Su-Min knows what first class service is and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and have all you need. Our waters were topped off almost intuitively, like he knew whenever we needed that, and he brought over an extra table to give us additional room while our kids colored as our food was prepared.

Wow. My friend and I came in craving Korean food and went in with no expectations because it was our first time in the area. Straight to the point. Their food is authentic as it gets. The side dishes sealed the deal for every one of them is quality. The main dishes are fresh. Seafood pancake is literally a 17 inch domino pizza. Friend had the cold noodles, helped with hang over. Most memorable is the service...they are. Really attentive, and come back many times to check-in on water and extra side dishes! We will definitely come again and you should check it out!!

I will never invite my friends to dine at this restaurant again. It is a place that brings me great embarrassment, mainly due to its exceptionally poor service. I deeply regret choosing this restaurant to treat our good friends on this important holiday. The restaurant was extremely busy today, more so than any other time we've been here before. The entire place was packed, and there were people waiting for seats. Despite this, the restaurant only had one server to handle everything: greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, serving food, and cleaning up. At this point, we already realized that we were unlikely to receive good service today. However, what happened next greatly exceeded my threshold for tolerable service.

After we sat down, the server did not give us menus until I reminded her twice. When we were ready to order, the server was too busy welcoming new customers to take our order. I wondered, if you are already overburdened, why keep accepting new customers and leaving the seated ones in endless waiting? Finally, after 15 minutes, the busy server came to us, but we had no idea that the nightmare was just beginning after we placed our order.

First, there were seven of us, but we only received three glasses of water. Next, we observed the server being overwhelmed with demands and complaints from other tables, and the dining environment started to deteriorate. We waited for over 30 minutes for our first dish to arrive, and even then, the side dishes were missing. We had to repeatedly remind the server before they were brought to us. We had children with us, and we didn’t receive any children's utensils until we fetched them ourselves from the cashier counter. Our water glasses were mostly empty throughout the meal, forcing us to drink from our own water bottles. Such poor service!

Finally, the most outrageous part was when we were settling the bill. Despite the horrible service, I still gave a 13% tip out of understanding for the holiday rush. Honestly, this service didn’t deserve a penny. However, the server had the audacity to tell me that my tip was too low, stating that the minimum tip should be 18%. Who gave this server the courage to demand a higher tip? It was an utterly shameless act and an extremely terrible dining experience, which left me utterly humiliated in front...

This is a restaurant we have been to many times before. They have a very nice and polite male waiter. Unfortunately, today we encountered a very rude and impolite older female server. There were three of us, and when we arrived, the restaurant was somewhat busy, which is normal since it was the day before a holiday. Because we had a child with us, we asked about the wait time and were told it wouldn't be long. Perhaps we misunderstood her response.

We waited a full 45 minutes after ordering, and during this entire 45-minute wait, the restaurant kept welcoming new customers, even though there was only one server handling nine tables and a large party being seated. During this 45-minute wait, the server seemed to have forgotten about our table. She didn't refill our water, nor did she bring us our appetizers. The appetizers only arrived when our first main dish was served. Are you afraid customers will eat too much of your appetizers?

What made it even more unacceptable was that after waiting 35 minutes post-ordering, we tried to remind the server, only to be told, "Can't you see we're very busy today?" It was a terrible dining experience. If we encounter this older female server again next time, we will not return to this restaurant. There is no need to tolerate...

Edit: They added a tip when we specifically tipped 0 due to terrible service. We just checked our statement and had a $10 tip added.

Awful waitress. Yelled at our table when we were trying to order because she was in a rush and didn’t want to answer any menu questions (kept asking if we wanted more time even though we were trying to ask actual question). We were a 4 top (two couples). The other couple ordered two dishes, and we ordered one with the intention of ordering another halfway through our first since we weren’t sure if we’d want the same dish or a different one. She didn’t hear the other couple’s second dish, so she was yelling at us that we only ordered two dishes and that wasn’t enough. Halfway through our meal, she realized she forgot our drinks and sheepishly brought them out. We sat around with no food at the end of our meal and waited half an hour for the check. The food was great, but any restaurant that allows a server to be that rude isn’t worth going to. As a prior server, I 100% understand forgetting things, putting in the wrong order, running behind to get to your tables, etc. I have never been rude to customers simply because I’m frantic. We weren’t wasting her time or sitting there silently thinking. No reason for...
