I went in at closing time hoping to find a quick specific item. As soon as I stepped in, they said they were closing. I asked nicely if they that they would possibly be open help me pick something specific up quickly. I was super respectful. One of the the ladies who was ushering people out, grabbed my shoulder turned me around and slightly pushed me telling me the registers are closed and that I need to leave. Totally okay if you guys are unable to help with something quick if you are closed. Touching is absolutely not an option, especially if it is to push someone out. I felt disrespected and my personal space was violated. I am not sure you'd take this seriously if I chatted with you. However, after today's experience, I won't be donating here again. While dropping off a heavy bag containing various items, including a decorative globe, the globe unknowingly broke, and some water leaked onto the floor. The staff’s reaction was shockingly hostile—they demanded I leave immediately, and one woman even physically pushed me out as I was complying. I’ve also learned they treat their customers poorly, which only confirms my decision to stop supporting this place. I'll find another way to contribute to causes I believe in but this...
