My daughter went here for her senior prom and had a horrible experience. Left in tears due to how awful of a job the stylist did. Hair style looked nothing like what she asked for and her makeup was horrendous. Made her look like a clown. We had to remove all her makeup and redo her hair. Please don’t go here if you have a special occasion because there is a good chance this shop will ruin your big day. Too bad you can’t give zero stars.

Update- as you can see how the owner responds to mine and other negative feedback posts she receives. Blames the customer. I suggest any customer to look at this and other negative reviews here and on social media. The owner did reach out the same day and offered to redo the makeup. There was simply no time after redoing her hair twice, the smoke breaks the stylist took, and us having to scramble to completely redo her makeup. The fact that the owner allowed a customer to leave in tears should be a red flag. Yes, we did in fact pay for our service including tip, which is standard procedure. In regards to how she “entered” the salon she certainly wasn’t in tears, but she left in them. We have not asked for anything from the owner. This post is to simply warn others. I booked an appointment with Madi for Wednesday June 14th at 230, I wanted to get black hair with s&p highlights. We discussed that would take to long so I decided to get Dark brown with Carmel highlights. Madi started the process then asked Alexia to come help, then Madi had my daughter show for her appointment at 5 and left me with Alexia. My hair was pulled constantly and she walked away either to upstairs or to check her phone at least 15 times. She was very slow,half out of it with shaky hands. It took 5 1/2 hours till my hair was rinsed which soaked me. At that point I just wanted to leave. I left the money with my daughter and left with my hair dripping wet. We paid $230 and almost six hours and my hair looks awful and nothing like I wanted. I'm absolutely appalled that I spent that to get this done. The girl who did my hair didn’t even part it despite it being an uneven part and just seemed like she didn’t want to help me reach my hair goal.
