My girlfriend and I were there today and our waitress said not one word to me the whole. I asked for flat only wings and she told me she didn’t know what that was but she guess she could ask. Then also another waitress seen we needed help so she told our waitress. Our waitress proceeds to roll her eyes as if it was an inconvenience. My wings were all fat so I couldn’t eat them so I asked if I could get them taken off since they weren’t all flats. Since she was so beyond rude this whole time we didn’t tip on a $15 bill. Then when we walk out of the door the manager proceeded to open the door and yell at us “tip your waitress”. As that’s unprofessional I went back in and told them they had lost my service since I couldn’t see how a manager can yell at customers when they had already left. I explained why we didn’t tip and then left. After another employee processed to walk towards my car while I was in it because she wanted to explain our waitress was new but I think it’s unprofessional to walk towards any customers car when they already paid and walked out. I DO NOT recommend this place if you are looking for good customer service. I understand the employee was new but that isn’t an excuse to be rude. I would have been more than willing to tip her way over 20 percent if she wasn’t acting like we were an...
Read moreThe OWNER of the establishment waited until I was walking to my car and then proceeded to open the door (full of other customers) and yell “YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TIP YOUR SERVER” which I agree with, except in this case when my server was so incredibly rude to me that I could not justify tipping her. I have NEVER in my life not tipped my server at least something because I work in the hospitality industry as well, but this time the waitress was just so incredibly rude and could not care less about it. I went back inside because I felt it only right to tell my end of the story as to why I didn’t tip. I felt like I was still being very calm and kind considering the owner yelled at me in front of the whole restaurant for not tipping (which is not a requirement of eating out). BUT the owner and another employee continued to follow us all the way to our car even when we were already in it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and i’ve never eaten at a place where I feel like i’m in physical danger by being followed to my car while being yelled at. ASTONISHED that this place is open with behaviors displayed by the owner. The food also wasn’t good, didn’t come out how we ordered it, and the pizza was literally floating in grease. Be careful, you also might get followed to your car by the owner if you don’t tip...

Somebody had gifted me with a gift card to this place, so, I decided to use it to catch up with my best friend after she got off of work. I’ve heard awesome things about this place, so we both figured since they were open until 9pm, we could spend at least a half hour to an hour max here. I pulled into their parking lot at 8pm. Their waitress was taking trash outside, and I stopped for her to do so. She saw me pull into a space, and as soon as she got back into the restaurant, she locked the door, taped a “Sorry we’re closed” sign on the door, and started flipping chairs. There were still people inside the restaurant, and you could tell that they felt like they weren’t welcome to stay any longer. My friend showed up at 8:05pm, and we both watched as each customer struggled with the door that the waitress had to keep coming to unlock. My friend and I were both shocked and disappointed that they weren’t sticking true to their listed business hours and left to a restaurant in Avon—15 minutes out of our way. As a first impression, I don’t know if I’d be comfortable coming back as I didn’t feel very welcomed, but now I’m stuck with the dilemma of never getting to use...
