I have been here several times before. It's always been ok. Nothing earthshaking, but ok. Today was simply awful. I won't be going back. The counter person couldn't process that I wanted half a sandwich, couldn't process that I wanted it as listed on the menu. Told me it'd take about 5 minutes...After going outside to sit, it's a beautiful day and there are tables for just such an occasion, waiting 20 minutes. I went on to ask about me sandwich. She said it was right there on the counter for me. Apparently, itd been there for quite a while since it was cold. I asked why I hadn't been told it was ready, she said she couldn't find me?! I had very clearly said I was going.g outside. I asked her if she looked outside and was told no. She said she'd rewarm my sandwich when she was done making the other one she was working on. So, I again waited. I noticed there were no greens, a standard of the sandwich, and mentioned that. She added them while apparently wearing gloves that had mustard on them because when I took my food out to eat it, there was mustard on the greens and the outside of the bread. Absolutely unacceptable and pretty gross that gloves were not changed between orders. What else had she handled with them before making mine and others orders? Saturday night was our second trip there, we was happy with the first visit really clean place and great ice cream. On the second trip we looked online and it said that they closed at 10 so we loaded up and headed over. Upon arrival @ 9:35 the lights were on people were inside being served and we walked up to the door and there was not any signs saying open or closed, there are no posted hours on the door, our group walked inside only to be told they closed at 9:30. We began to advise there are no hours posted and that it shows on google that they are open until 10. The first experience was good, the second made me wonder if I would make the trip over again, to be decided. But posted hours or a sign would have been...
