They sent me the wrong color of an item I ordered and decided to ignore me when I requested an exchange for the correct color. I will have to file a claim with my bank for a refund! They also threw all my items in a box instead of wrapping them in paper or bubble wrap. Luckily my order was only in transit for 1 day, otherwise I think most of the items would have arrived damaged. First time shopping there and definitely the last! Terrible customer service!
Edit after receiving shops response: my order was placed on a Thursday, βmarkedβ shipped on Monday, when it didnβt actually ship by Tuesday, I sent an email with no response. Wednesday evening I sent an IG message asking when my order would actually ship. 10 minutes later, it was marked as picked up. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I reached out via IG messages again since I couldnβt get a response via email and let them know I received the wrong item ordered. They read the message and ignored it. The next day I filed a claim with ShopPay. That went ignored as well. So I wrote a review. The original shops response was very childish and rude, but was quickly deleted and changed to what you see here. I was emailed a copy so I was able to see the nasty response before they changed it. My order did not arrive in 1 day from ordering. It arrived in 1 week from the date ordered. Telling me in your original review that Iβm being a little extreme because itβs only a $5.40 hair clip is ridiculous, I donβt care if it was $1, I paid for something and was sent the wrong thing. Good customer service would make it right no matter the cost. Really sad that it takes a negative review to get a refund. I hope in the future your customers get what they paid for no matter the cost...

Upon contacting the store, I was instructed to return the wrong cup and assured that the correct one would be sent out once they received it. Despite calling several times & delays in the store providing me with the return label, I promptly shipped the incorrect cup back to the store the same day I received it. After tracking to confirm that the cup had been returned, I followed up with the store to inquire about the shipment of the correct cup. Despite being promised a call back from a manager, I never received one. After persistent follow-ups, the correct cup was finally sent out, but only after expressing frustration with the situation.
I believe that the customer service experience I received was subpar. I should not have had to wait for the incorrect cup to be returned before the correct one was shipped out, and I should not have had to continuously contact the store to receive updates on my order. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of apology, lack of options for expedited shipping, or any gestures to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the mistake.
After reviewing additional customer feedback, it is recommended that this store evaluates its shipping and order verification procedures. There is a serious issue in the way this aspect of your business is handled and you customers are...

Not ready at pick up. I place a order Sept. 27 for a event Nov. 25, I will need to pick up 24. The person at the store was super nice. I texted them what I needed. They will contact me with price, never called. I call Nov. 4th. They can not find my order. I visit the store the following Tuesday again person is super nice, found my order, we confirm everything. Text her a picture again of what I need. They will call me to confirm everything and a price, no contact. I call 24th no answer, I text to ask what time to pick up my order. A RESPONSE!!After 4pm. Go to pick up order receive 2 of 3, will need to return to pick up the rest of order. I Can Not come back in the morning, NO! event is at 10 am I can not return at 9am. I do get 3 bundles. I accept the order because it's to late to change. I redo the order to fit my event. I will never recommend this company. I do have proof of all texted and no response to text.
