The Sanctuary Salon — Local services in Daphne

From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and taken care of the entire staff is very friendly. I had booked a consultation for extensions (for volume for my fine hair and longer length) with Kristy who was a doll, so very sweet and knew exactly what I was going for (even though I was so horrible at trying to explain and did not have a picture) she completely understood. When I went back to have them in, which was a week if not less later to my amazement, again the same wonderful treatment checking in. Kristy was so wonderful with my hair, the color blew me away, it was more than I could have imagined I was so pleased! Now for my fine hair we could not put much in there, but she did such a great job, it was much quicker than I expected, and when she cut it to blend it all, the layers were spot on. My extensions look like my real hair curly or straight and again the color is amazing! Overall Kristy did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back to The Sanctuary Salon, and Kristy, for anything I do with my hair! Kayla (Smith) has been my stylist for over 10 years and let me tell you, whether it's just a trim, up-do, or a complete color change SHE IS A MAGICIAN. Of course after leaving any salon, you are going to leave looking and feeling fabulous. But at Sanctuary Salon the stylists will assist you in repeating the same look AND feel after leaving your home every morning! Kayla is extremely informative and knowledgeable of different hair types and products, she has created a custom routine specifically for me and only continues to improve my lovely locks after each appointment. Needs to work on scheduling. I haven’t been in the salon in several years. I drove 10 hours to have my hair done by Kristy prior to upcoming events. I get a reminder text 4 days in advance but see that the appointment is with the wrong stylist. There is no accommodation given for their mistake other than to schedule me with another stylist. This would maybe be acceptable if I was local and could return at another day to see Kristy. It’s very disappointing given the time lost for travel and work absence.
