Never been more disrespected in customer service. I found a table that I really liked and the owner put it up front for me to purchase. I even asked the owner if I needed to take the tag. He said no. We continue shopping throughout the store when we’re done shopping we go up to the front to purchase the table. When we arrive the table has already been sold to the wrong person. And all they can tell me is that they’re sorry. And that I should’ve taken a tag. A simple telling me they we’re going to change our system by putting names on things whenever they come up to the front would’ve been great. Daphne Antiques Gallery is well organized and offers a wide variety of items, from Jewelry, Dolls, and novelties to Wardrobes and other furniture. Most things are displayed grouped in areas by different sellers. And not to forget, there is an awesome collection of books on shelves, a real library, in the center of the Gallery. The employees or owners ? at the front are very helpful and friendly. We only had an hour to visit, which stretched into nearly two hours. The way I was treated by the staff was unbelievable. This older lady was beyond rude. Arguing and embarrassing me over a sale price. She refused to give me the booths sale price. Saying the booths signs are not correct. I'm highly disappointed. She took her bad day out on me personally. So I left and she lost a customer forever. Business like this depend on customers.
