Banter by Piercing Pagoda — Local services in Dartmouth

Today my daughter and I went there to pick out new earrings for school. The woman that worked there was already helping another mother and daughter. We quickly made our selection and waited. The woman came over to let us know it would be about a five minute wait because she was going to be doing a piercing. However the mother and daughter were still looking for a pair of earrings they wanted. The cashier just stood there while they looked around. Meanwhile she could’ve just cashed us out quickly but I was being patient. Finally after after about 10 minutes of waiting she came over and told us to go to the other pagoda near jc penny. I told her we had already made our selection and after all that to be told to go to another location when she could have easily checked us out was just rude. So we never made any purchases after that and left. Customer service...

Nelia and Jennifer were so helpful. My mom and I went to this specific location to purchase a bracelet These two ladies were so helpful and so patient with us, even though the store was closing in the next 10 minutes, we didn’t feel rushed. They answered all our questions. They showed us every single item that we both asked to see Outside of the glass case. We ended up going to the other kiosk on the other side of the mall just to see what they had because they engrave at that one. The lady who worked at this location was so rude so impatient and we felt like we were a bother to her. So we walked away and went back up to the location where Jennifer and NELIA Were and purchased from them. I got my ears pierced here for the first time years ago and I recently came back for my seconds. Everyone that works here is super nice but the girl who pierced my seconds had pierced them unevenly. The manager, Monica, was extremely helpful with this and re-pierced them the next day, taking her time and making sure they were perfect, as if they were her own ears she was piercing. Monica was so sweet, friendly and especially patient and I’d be happy to come back here for possibly more piercings in...
