I've bought 4 sets of diamond earings an a Disney engagement ring from there .greatest service they dont force you to buy they dont chase you all over the store very professional friendly the best i bought two pairs of earings for my fiance an her daughter for there birthdays they had a set an they ordered me a set they didn't have in store. went an bought a third set of earings an decided to just look at engagement rings .an they took the time sat with me looked at every ring possible for a few hours .they lady was great she took the time tried on rings while I tried to take pictures of them to show my fiance I picked the one we liked after several changes .my fiance who lives out of state seen there Cinderalla Disney engagement ring I was on the road driving truck when she asked if we could go with that one instead of the one I got so I called zales spoke with the lady that helped me an she was more than happy to help me with it .plus gave me a real good deal on it went back to pick it up an the same day bought a fourth set of diamond earings that match the ring perfectly. I only have 1 star because the workers are nice. Ever since my fiancé bought my engagement ring there, the prongs constantly break. Then when it’s sent out, the stones are always lower in the setting. I absolutely hate my ring because it seems like it’s made cheaply. When I was told I could trade it in, then I’m told it has to be a ring double the value and I would have to pay the difference. Why would I want to spend even more money on an even more expensive ring when this one is always breaking prongs and loosing the diamond? I figured since it’s always breaking and I have the receipts to prove it, the would exchange it for one of equal value.. nope. So I’ll keep my warranty with them and keep fixing this piece of trash until I find a ring I like somewhere else that has better quality and craftsmanship to fix it and make it look right. When my daughter was getting married I offered her wife the diamond that was given to me 35 years earlier. The diamond was bought to Zales and paired with 2 other diamonds, one on each side of my diamond. Both equally as beautiful as the one I lovingly cherished for so many years. My daughter looked down yesterday to find the diamond she brought in gone, setting and all. A huge gapping hole. When they went to Zales they were told they couldn't do anything for them as that diamond wasn't bought there. Zales, you set those diamond!! Is it a coincidence that the one she brought in was the one that fell out?? Is your workmanship so poor that it was secure for 35 years and when you set it that it only lasted 2 years. Fishy to me. And customer service in this matter was appalling. I will now shout from rooftops to all the girls I work with that are seriously looking at diamonds......STAY AWAY...
