After many years I have full trust and confidence in Steve. He has repaired many pieces for me over many years, audio and video. His discretion over quality on a repair with a Visio TV I asked him to repair qualifies him as a 5 star shop. I told him I had more confidence in him than I did in Visio on a problem that was present since day one with this 55" TV. I was glad to purchase a repaired TV vs a new one knowing his level of quality and to help him recover from a customer who approved repairs on a 60" and left him with the set without payment. He deserves better than that, and he has always been fair and accurate with a 100% repair success ratio on everything I have given...

Steve, the owner of "EEI" did an "excellent job" fixing my '2013 Samsung UN46F6350'. SHE RUNS GREAT NOW! It is a "true" 1080p HDTV w/a vast amount of adjusted picture & sound features. Like "gamma, 10p white balance, flesh tone(s), color space, etc..etc..etc". It also has all the new sound features like surround sound, equalizer MHz etc.. I brought in a Sony tv that stopped turning on randomly. My tv was repaired within a week after i was given an estimate on the price for it and picked it up cleaner and better than when i left it.
