Starbucks — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Today i was getting coffee with a friend of mine. And was met with the utmost uneeded horrible customer service. In customer service, you think that the cashier and the people you are going to wouls engage, be polite and talk to customers. Well let me tell you. That is a lie. Especially when you come to this store in particular. To think that you would have to wait in silence for almost 20 minutes. While the girls sat there (stood there rather) and stared at you, acknowledging your existence but do not engage in customers at all. And when you thought it couldnt get worse nobody takes your order till they feel like it. Furthermore, we order our drinks. And are waiting for another 30 minutes. I find it, embarassing, insulting and absolitely disgusting! This occured at 3:30 pm today. All we wanted was coffee. Usually my friends and i come here regularly. I'm not normally inclined to leave reviews of chains, but since I lost money here, I'm also disinclined to let them off without a bad review. At about 0900 on the 12th of August, 2018, I ordered a coffee. I was the only customer who had ordered anything recently. I waited about 10 minutes, was assured that "it'll be any minute now," and so kept waiting. Other customers came in, received their orders, and left. About 8 minutes later, having other things to do with my time, I left without my coffee. I don't typically frequent Starbucks, and this experience left me even less likely to do so in the future, even though I know rationally that it was just the staff that particular shift.
