Subway — Restaurant in Dartmouth

AWFUL food & management!! I ordered a meatball sub, the first piece eaten I bit down on a very large, jagged piece of bone, I immediately checked to see if my tooth had broken because of it. I called the store & was met with an antagonistic, dismissive attitude, the manager actually stated twice to me that "it's impossible for there to be any bone in any of their subs, that none are made with bone". I told her that it's a MEATBALL sub and yes, it can contain bone, but she still denied that's possible & refused to give me my money back even though I saved the bone, basically the entire sandwich with wrapper, the receipt & also took very clear photos of everything. I would warn anyone considering getting a Subway meatball sub that based on my experience the quality of meat is very poor as is their quality control. The manager at this location should lose her job because she treats customers very poorly & couldn't care less about properly addressing any issues. Also, for her to say repeatedly that "it's impossible for meatballs to have any pieces of bone inside" speaks volumes in and of itself, this individual is beyond retraining & needs to just move on to something outside of the food industry or working...

If I could give zero stars i would! i've been here before and it's usually so good! Went in today to get dinner (and lunch for tomorrow) in short needed two footlongs on italian herb and cheese and one six inch on honey oat(so happy its back!) The sandwich artist making my sandwich was EXTREMELY rude to me. Got annoyed when I had to explain several times it was two footlongs on herb and cheese and one six inch on honey oat. Only sandwich made correctly was the six inch which was a veggie. The footlong ham and cheese had spincah when it was requested to not have any but the BIGGEST problem was with the buffalo chicken. The only thing that was supposed to go on it was extra ranch, I clearly saw him grab the GARLIC AOLI BOTTLE and COVER IT IN it and I corrected him saying no I wanted ranch."NO NO SAME THING! JUST DIFFERENT LABEL BY MISTAKE!" Then he shows me the ranch bottle and squirts a little bit of that on too just to be rude. I get home and take a bit of the buffalo chicken and nothing but garlic......last time I had the garlic aoli from there it made me sick so I didn't...

I actually had a quite nice experience with this Subway! Despite it being inside of a Walmart and sometimes being incredibly packed, it was a nice density on this day. I purchased two churros for me and my partner and the cashier was incredibly kind. The churros were hot and very scrumptious indeed, a large improvement from how they usually are at other locations. I haven't ordered the sandwiches from this location which is the main selling point of Subway, so of course there is still the opportunity that those could be improperly made, but for singular items like the churro, it's quite adequate. Of course, Subway food can only be so good and the churros don't compare to a place like Costco, but for a cheap, local area, they're quite good. I would recommend it, but probably be cautious since I've seen some bad reviews regarding the sANDWI sorry I just tripped as I was writing this I'm okay, just a small step down off...
