Literally cut my husbands neck and mole. Blood down his neck? Left hair and I mean lots of it in his ears, ect. My husband is very easy going and non confrontational and when he came over to me afterward where I was, at a different location nearby in langtree, I was like seriously baby???? You left like that???? I walked in and calmly asked if there was a manager and the woman and man inside there looked at each other and said no. I replied with "okay, well my husband just had his hair cut and was cut on his neck where there is a mole" and she said "really?" With an attitude. I said "yeah, really..." And there was no apology no anything. She offered to give me a damn bandaid. $28 to get cut, with a mess all over???? I can do that to him at home lmao. Please. I haven't visited a barber shop or hair salon in over ten years. You guessed it, bald guy here! Didn't miss those horrible, production-line experiences at Supercuts one bit! Recently, though, I decided if I couldn't grow it on my head, I would grow it on my chin. So, I grew a big, long, bushy beard. I finally decided to visit Kilted Buffalo to get this beard trimmed and shaped. Wow! What a different experience. This is a laid-back, casual and fun atmosphere and I don't think I would ever go back to a "normal" shop again! Candace was friendly, polite, and professional and took extra time helping me learn more about beard care. When she was done, it looked great. Well Hello Browns fans...

This was my first visit to KBL and man was it slammed. Browns were playing the Seahawks and there was a sea of brown, white and orange. I came for a beard trim and hair cut but was able to enjoy a few beverages while I waited. The beer selection is nice and has a good variety of both local and non-local craft beers. I didn’t have any food but the beer selection was great.

Two points to note:

1. There is a sign up and sign in process at the door. I didn’t ask why but it was pretty quick and noninvasive so I didn’t mind.

2. I came to this location because of the best stylist I’ve ever had, Kayla C. I followed Kayla here from another men’s salon because she does such a great job on my beard and...
