I will never come to the place again. Jim who identified himself as the "night manager" was rude and oppositional. He interacted well with the customers whom he helped before me (they were ALL WHITE) However, he didn't extend the same courtesy to me. His demeanor changed. I was attempting to purchase $57.23 worth of goods. I was about to pay with a $100 bill the difference would have been 42.77. Jim stated he didn't have change However, his register was open and he had 20's 10's 5's and 1's. I expressed to him how I felt he Was being deliberately color bias towards me (races). He still acted oppositional. I will NEVER come here again and if you are BLACK. Jim "the night manager" will NOT treat you with the same service as he does...

Public Service Announcement: the Johnny Rockets in Mooresville is an incredibly scaled down fast food version of other Johnny Rockets. The food was mediocre at best but the portion size was good. Way over priced! $40 for two adults and a kids meal. They also only serve about half of what is the online menu. I should have been tipped off by the emptiness on a Friday evening. The shakes was not good we passed it around hoping someone would like and eat it but no takers. Also, the drink machine was out of everything except diet soda or fruit punch. I would go to any other fast food restaurant before I would ever go here again. It was exceptionally clean but probably because the employees had nothing else to...

After receiving a completely incorrect sandwich order and I mean BAD not just little discrepancies, literally completely wrong, I returned with the product for a return and was met with horrible customer service from the clerk who pretty much shrugged it off and told me "Sorry bro, nothing I can do".

Unfortunately you can get a better and cheaper sandwich at Subway.... That's where I'll be going from here on! Save yourself this disappointment...
