This place is poorly ran and dirty! Parts of the walls and toys are marked up and dirty. When I went here, there was a young man working the front desk who was mainly on his phone. He really should be walking around and cleaning toys that kids put their mouths on and overall just monitoring the place. When I noticed a toddler putting the majority of the balls in his mouth (completely in his mouth and licking them) and throwing them out of the house of balls, I immediately told the young man working as well as the boy’s guardian. The young man working picked up and cleaned THREE balls and that’s it!! Even though I observed the boy take more balls and put it in his mouth. In addition, the changing table is outside of the bathroom and to top it off, my daughter’s sippy cup that was IN her diaper bag was stolen. When requested to review the tapes so the parents of whoever took it can be contacted, I was encountered with, “I was told to look under the couch”. Mind you, I never sat on the couch or in that area. I honestly don’t leave poor reviews but this was ridiculous. I also had to initiate providing my contact information since it was never asked and I was provided a napkin and a pen to write my information down. This place really needs to review and revise their management, policies and training of staff to ensure...
Read more(Posting from my husbands account) Unfortunately i just did not like it. I went with my son about a week ago when they first opened and it was way too overstimulating for him. He is 2 y.o and he just looked very overwhelmed. There were babies as small as 6 months crawling and then 8 year olds running around stepping over their fingers all in the same area. I went to try to get my son to play and lose energy but me being pregnant had to run around and chase him everywhere to make sure he was okay and not getting trampled by older kids - i think they should place an age limit or divide the areas- . The place just seems too small with too many toys and it gets very messy , very quickly. I wish they would’ve made it into a play gym like we rock the spectrum. Also the sitting area was way too small i never got a chance to sit down it was PACKED so all the moms were squeezing in and i had to put my shoes in the front which i get but it was like going into a house and just putting my shoes in the front by the door instead of a shelf or a locker 🌝 we unfortunately wont be back. I know this place is new , customer service was great but just so upset that i...
Read moreMy mom and I took my 2.5 year old son yesterday at around 1pm. My son was so excited and made his way through the whole play area within minutes just taking it all in. He then slowly enjoyed the whole place from the ball pit to the doll house! He is usually wrapped around my leg and doesn't keep his eye off me when we aren't attached. The social interaction that he got with kids his age and the personal space break I was able to get was AMAZING! I appreciated the fact that shoes were not allowed past the sitting area and that everything was clean. I did see a person with shoe covers which I thought was a good option for people that do not want to remove their shoes. I got to meet the owners Tal and her husband Ben whom were very friendly.
Things to note: Grip socks are required for the little ones and shoes are not allowed to be worn by neither children nor adults. (grip socks were provided for a small fee). Comfortable sitting area where you can watch your child(ren) play no matter where in the play area. There is minimal "blind spots" from the sitting area. You can sit and relax or you can play with...
