2nd update: I think something is wrong with you. You threaten someone with legal action because of a bad review? Something is not right in your head. I suggest seeking help.
Update: The owner apparently likes to make assumptions against a customer, especially throwing around terms like discrimination and racist when they obviously do not know the words definition, as I did neither. The childish response to a poor review leads me to flash a warning to not go to the "restaurant." A professional would provide corrections, apologize for the experience, state it is a new location and they are working out the kinks, and hope they would try them again some other time. I honestly couldn't help but laugh at their response. As a mother to a Hispanic child, a sister to a mixed brother, and cousin to multiple different origins of the world of people from El Salvador to Pakistan, I can't help but think the owner has some growing to do.
Original post: I saw Mexican Restaurant and got excited, but its not a real restaurant by any means. The menu is a replica of Chipotle, but the seating area is not as nice and the food is not warm so its probably pretty old. I was hoping for a hole in the wall or something like Azteca, but got neither. The lady didn't seem to speak English or Spanish, which seemed weird. I kept saying salsa and she would go to everything but... salsa is a spanish word and while I am not spanish I am pretty sure the accent of American on the word salsa is not misleading (a friend informed me that salsa is the English word and the Spanish word is actually Picante, I learned something new, whoch explains why she didn't understand me) I wish them luck and if they paid for the franchise name of Chipotle, I would have no worries about their success.
It wasn't terrible, just misleading which was why I didn't go lower than a 3 (originally that was my recommendation, but the owners response would have me fearful for anyone else to go and relate their experience and that owner than use terms against them that are far from true). I would not go back. I would rather get Chipotle since I know what I am getting, know they have standards for cleanliness and food production, including heat requirements and whatnot (This would have been an opportunityfor the owner to state those requirements, but I gather they do not know them or do not have them). If it was a food truck, I would give them a 4, probably a 5 since everything would be fresh, but the standards are set higher for an actual location.

Read moreToday was my fourth visit & decided to finally leave a review for other customers trying to check this place out. This is relatively a new location & I have not seen accessible parking unless it's in the back of the location somewhere I didn't notice. I have enjoyed the service when I've gone. The ladies have been polite every time.. And the dining area is always clean which is appealing. The ingredients used in my nacho bowls are always fresh with the exception of the chicken. All 4 visits the chicken is tender & tasty but seem to have a lack of adequate temperature & taste like it had been sitting there for most of the day. I'm sorry but the first time I had a stomach ache & I truly believe it was that. Other than that all the rest of the ingredients have been wonderful. As far as portion of food it's Great A+ Just please work on temperature for the proteins & you'll get a 5 star review Everytime. I ordered a veggie quesadilla with onions, peppers, corn pico, black beans and added bacon. It came hot, fresh, and smelled delicious! It was enough for two meals! I ate half and put the rest away for lunch! Thank you for a pleasant first experience!
