I bought three pieces of furniture and spent $1,100. I had an issue with my custom piece. The second piece that I bought to fix up. Is a dresser and as I wiped it down I noticed a bug. Then I noticed another bug. I am immediately took it out of my house. I called Gerard.. he said it's as is! I understand as is but normally that means a scratchs ,damaged Or visual defects. He said it's yours now. I asked to refund my $200 And please get the furniture. He said you're the kind of person no one can make happy..then a few more words and then hung up the phone. I have to call an exterminator to look at the furniture and my house. Hopefully identify the bugs and start treatment of my houses. Very poor...
