I bought three pieces of furniture and spent $1,100. I had an issue with my custom piece. The second piece that I bought to fix up. Is a dresser and as I wiped it down I noticed a bug. Then I noticed another bug. I am immediately took it out of my house. I called Gerard.. he said it's as is! I understand as is but normally that means a scratchs ,damaged Or visual defects. He said it's yours now. I asked to refund my $200 And please get the furniture. He said you're the kind of person no one can make happy..then a few more words and then hung up the phone. I have to call an exterminator to look at the furniture and my house. Hopefully identify the bugs and start treatment of my houses. Very poor...

Our home flooded during Harvey. We lost all our furniture. It was not a very happy time. I started getting excited when I found your store. It was so nice to order a custom 9 foot farm table. I also found an antique smaller table and chairs that you made match perfectly with my farm table. Terrible customer service. Over two months late for delivery of dining set and wouldn’t return phone calls or texts when trying to get an update. Would schedule a delivery and not show up without even a courtesy call.
