The service and quality at this Burger King is horrible. We had a very simple order, 4 whoppers with cheese. We sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes after we ordered before we got to the window, so, that was one downfall, but the burgers being wrong was when it really went downhill. The wrapper on the burgers said with cheese, but since I could see through the drive-thru window to where they make the burgers, I saw that they didn't put the cheese on them. When I was handed the bag, I checked the burgers and they did not have the cheese on them. This may sound menial, but they charged $4.00 extra for the cheese alone. I waited at the window until the girl working it came back and handed her the bag, told her what was wrong and that I didn't want them anymore and I wanted my money back. She in turn went and got someone else, that I can only assume was a manager or team leader. This person started out with "We only have 3 people here". Okay, that doesn't excuse making your most popular sandwich incorrectly. I asked her for my money back and she said that since I paid with a card, I couldn't have my money back. So, I put my truck in park and told her I would sit there until she found a way to give me my money back, I mean, after all, they didn't have a problem taking my card for payment. This really ticked her off and she threw the bag of sandwiches down on the floor and then pulled the cash out of the register to give me my money back. Her next response to me was "you don't have to come back". She was very unprofessional and not once did she say we apologize for the issue, what can we do to correct it. She immediately came at me with attitude and excuses. They don't have to worry Whataburger will be open soon and we won't be going back...
