I recently relocated to The Gem City, I had remembered my visit to this store when they were located in The Oregon District and what awesome pieces of jewelry they had, what awesome customer service I received. Therefore I was thoroughly excited to find this store located on Jefferson Street. I rushed there after work, to get up to the door and ring the buzzer which was okay, but then as I looked I discovered a lady with salt and pepper hair peering back out the window. I was in my city Bus Driver costume as I call it, so I know my appearance was at least ok. Finally the irritated lady opens the door and allowed me to enter. To make a long story short I found a unique necklace I was interested in. However she was so rude I left it there. I SHALL NEVER RETURN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE...

I took a ring here for repair because it had sentimental value more so than monetary value. The shop owner explained to me that the cost to repair it and do what I needed her to do, may exceed the cost of the actual ring by several times. While I appreciated her honesty and candor I insisted that she repair it and she did a fabulous job. She also kept the cost right at the quote that she gave me in spite of the fact that it should have probably cost more.
