I've bought 2 delta 8 vape pens here, well 3 counting the one I bought a couple days ago. The first one fizzled out kind of quick, I spent $35 on that one. But I put it in my drawer and tried it a couple weeks later and was pleasantly surprised it worked again and did for another week. The 2nd one I paid $22 for and it worked from the time I bought it until it was out of juice. So I went back to buy the same exact one, which I did but this time it was almost $27, which I wasn't happy about but I thought at least I knew it was going to work properly...which it did for 1 and 1/2 days at which time I went to take a drag and the juice was all clumped up in the top. I always leave it in my drawer at home so I thought maybe it just needs a charge. So after a short time charging I try it and it's still clogged so I put a very small pin down the center of the mouthpiece, not too far and out comes this clump of the juice in solid form. So now it hits or does it?? Nope, all i get is air, it won't charge and it won't hit. I am not rolling in the dough and $30 is a big purchase for me and obviously something was faulty with the pen because it never charged once. So I bring back to the store and explain all that and he tells me I am SOL. I was their new loyal customer, only to find out they don't stand behind their products. He immediately starts telling me how I probably dropped it or did something to break it, which I did not. And I realize people try to scam free stuff from them, after all this is Holly Hill. But they also know that these vapes are not perfect and should be smart enough to know some people are honest and some pens are faulty. I have never had a smoke shop tell me they won't back their product. When they see me coming in spending money on a regular basis and come in with a genuine complaint they take my word for it and more importantly, back their product! In all my vaping years this has only happened on 2 other occasions with nicotine vapes. So it's not like it happens often. It's not like I try to get a new pen from them every week or something! I have done nothing but give them money and this is how they treat me. I think that says a lot about the integrity of this store. I'm gonna try one more time and speak with the owner and if he is just ok with taking my hard earned money for a faulty product and not making it right, then just know that is what they will do to any of you who spend your hard earned money there and that's just not right! Its when things go wrong you see peoples true colors. This is a small town, if they do this to enough locals, good luck surviving here. I hope the owner takes me a bit more seriously and makes this situation right. Meanwhile, I got nothing to smoke. I will update my review after I talk to him to let everyone know if he cares about his paying customers or he just doesn't give a s_it. BTW most of these reviews are from 2-7 years ago.
