Burger King — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

If I could give zero stars I would. When you pull up to the speaker they say nothing, so just go ahead and say your order. As many I am sure know the milkshake machine NEVER works. I can only imagine it is from not cleaning it since their work ethics and customer service was terrible. The impression that upset me the most and confused me was the ignorant person at the drive thru window. We end up sitting and waiting for our food, my one year old son starts crying because we having been sitting for at least 5 mins or so (which I guess it could be worse). Then when she hands the food to us she doesnt even look or say one word just shoves the food out the drive thru window as fast and rude as possible. So since it was such a strange way to treat someone we asked if that was all and she once again didnt say anything (she can talk, she was just chatting and laughing with her co-worker) and just nodded at us. I couldn't believe it. It wasn't even busy so there was no reason for that attitude. I dont know what to think about how this transaction went. I have worked in fast food for awhile now and I get that it is stressful like all jobs, but there just was no reason for it to happen. Also no reciept which is probably because they knew they would get a bad review. It does matter because then someone might just lose their bonus this month. Wanted a quick bite to eat. Get to the drive thru mind you there is No one in the parking lot one car ahead if us with a jet ski attached to their vehicle. My bf and I pull up to the speaker... 30 seconds later says I'm sorry your total is "blah, blah" the total was for the customer that was already at the window. She didn't greet us at the speaker, we had to wait until she was done talking to the One other customer. She asks, what can I get for ya? 2 rodeo burgers 1 honey mustard crispy snack wrap, she says they are 2 for 5, we said okay then 2 it is, a Pepsi or coke we have coke. Okay anything else, yes a bacon cheeseburger No Mayo. Anything else, no. Pull forward she says. I paid over $16 for 3 burgers 2 wraps and a drink. The person with the jet ski is blocking the exit way since it's a horseshoe drive way,makes it near impossible to get by someone. That's a hazardous by the way. We are asked to pull behind the jet ski so we are not on the sensor for the speed of service. Finally get our food. Silly me I should of checked, but didn't because she confirmed bacon cheeseburger no mayo and repeated that back so it was confirmed. We left got to the light and I pull out my sandwich smothered in mayo with no bacon. Supposed to be BK have it your way. I like to stop here because this place is in my route while running errands. Generally after 4:00 until around 11:00 at night. One day last week the late evening we stopped in for two cheeseburgers, two drinks and their chicken sandwich. The lady taking our order was completely lost and told me four times that it was her birthday..(lady I'm here for you to take my money and give me a burger not a bunch of excuses). Stopping in moments ago, over a week later, the same lady had a crew member helping her correct a problem when a customer wanted the price difference between a four-piece and a four-piece meal.. I heard her exasperatedly claim twice but she's not going to be able to get it and then walked away stating that she needed her Bible.. I mentioned to the guy that it doesn't look like she's going to make it because I saw her last week having problems.. Then he told me she's about to be the manager.. If the owner of this chain reads this, you have a young black kid (I actually gave him commendations to the manager one evening) with dreadlock type hair and a large older black lady that both work in the evening.. those two need to be promoted and this white lady needs to be fired.. just this...
