Back in the 70s when I first came to America, KFC and Wendy’s were my favorite fast food restaurants. Those were the heydays of the American fast food industry. Today, both of those chains have gone right down the toilet, and Colonel Sanders, and Dave Thomas must be turning in their graves right now. I came to this KFC to get an eight piece bucket of chicken and a large order of fries, and that was it. Not complicated. I was the first person in line because I was the only person in the store, but I still had to wait a full five minutes for somebody to even come to the counter, even though there were staff milling around the preparation area the entire time in full view of the counter. When I was finally able to place my order, I was informed that there were no fries today because “the truck had not arrived”. OK no problem, can I just have the bucket of chicken?. Paid for my order, and waited almost another five minutes, nobody was doing anything. All this time there are only two customers in the store, me, and one other person behind me. They were not busy. Finally, I stepped back up to the counter and asked what the delay was and how long was I going to have to wait. The staff looked at me as if I’ve just come from Mars, how dare I ask such a question? My bucket of chicken finally appears, and one of the staff says “See? he already had it!” Well, if he already had it, why didn’t he give it to me five minutes ago? … I don’t know who the franchise holder is for this store, but I do know that he or she is fast asleep at the wheel. And if Colonel Sanders was still alive today, every one of those staff members in that store would be fired on the spot, because there’s not a single one of them who deserves to be representing the KFC brand. I suggest you go somewhere else to spend your money if you want some good food, the fried chicken at Publix is way better, and served to you courteously, promptly, and with a smile. Plus it’s a...
Read moreWhere do I begin with this facility. I arrived at 7:15 p.m. my order was finally taken at 7 31 p.m. I didn't get my food until 8:00 p.m.. there were at least six customers waiting inside of the dining area and a long line of drive-thru customers. The manager she claimed her name was Melanie and the other manager who claimed her name was CJ even though the front cashier busted out laughing and said that's not your name, I heard you. I know that's not your name. Why would a manager at a far food facility that just had training lie to a customer. That manager should not be a manager she should be gone.
So when I asked why is the food is taking over 30 to 45 minutes to get as this is a fast food establishment. Melanie said the orders are taken and delivered as they as received so that means they're combining drive-thru orders and dine in orders and distributing them as they are received.
What's wrong with this picture? Let me explain, you have sales associates at the front of the restaurant to take orders but don't do anything. All she did was pace around the store rubbing her cap and when I asked her why such a long delay she started rubbing her cap and her explanation was "she was thinking" instead of providing a response. It's clear when speaking with the other customers that this is an everyday chaotic mess at this kfc.
So where are the owners? This is a franchise? Why do you hire incompetent managers with a lack of organization and lack of customer service.
I don't know on what planet it takes 25 minutes to make or should I say heat up already made macaroni and cheese when in the normal World it takes about 25 minutes to make real homemade macaroni and cheese. By far the worst experience I've ever had.
Buyer beware expect a 30 to 45 minute wait at this facility as the managers and staff are incompetent and disorganized with the failure to provide...
Read moreThe wait was ridiculously long. And when people asked the cashier at front counter she was very rude in tone and response. Clearly she doesn’t like people. My chicken sandwiches and chicken littles had so much mayonnaise it was literally dripping flops on mayonnaise onto the wrapper. The lady with red braids and no name tag was really rude it’s recommended she not be in the front of the store. 1 customer before me had to wait about 10 minutes for a pot pie. One online order was ready on the counter behind her for a very long time when online customer said they w been waiting for about 25 mins she was very rude saying ok well I don’t know what your order is then he told her and she hurriedly handed him his bag of food and didn’t say anything else to him. Another customer came in with an issue and she was so rude and told the lady in drive thru to handle it . The lady in drive thru came over and politely helped the gentlemen and helped with the issue he was upset with the First Lady so he was still aggravated when he left but he was satisfied thanks to drive thru girl. I even heard drive thru girl say they don’t need any more complaints to front cashier girl. An elder lady asked for something and front cashier lady said I can’t do that like 3x and customer said she would pay for it.due to this experience and negative energy from red box braids front cashier I will not be back at this location. It’s a shame . Also in the restroom instead of restocking the toilet paper where it’s supposed to go they sit it on the top of the toilet lid. One toilet lid is blocking a trash can with no bag I’m guessing so people don’t put their papers in there ( which is beyond disgusting) and that’s where they placed toilet paper. Over all this restaurant either needs new employees or...
