We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Indian Motorcycle Daytona Beach and their exceptional team once again. We recently upgraded our Indian Pursuit Limited to the 2025 model for its enhanced technology and features. Its an incredible machine. When we experienced a very challenging and unique situation with the bike that turned out to be the first of its kind, the Indian Motorcycle Daytona Beach team went to work. I can’t say enough about Michael the Service Manager, Mike the Master Tech and Scott the Sales Manager. Their number one priority was to get us back out riding. They took it personally. They took it home with them. They supported us throughout the entire process, making every effort to address our unique needs. Shout out to Trey, Cam, Connor, Sarah, Aaron, Theresa and everyone in the parts, service, sales and administrative departments. They all welcomed us warmly, treating us as if we were part of their own family. Michael and Mike and their parts and service team applied their extensive knowledge and expertise while collaborating with the manufacturer to identify the issue and kept us in the loop every step of the way. In the end, it was Michael and Mike who diagnosed the underlying cause and the solution to it. Due to their diligence and attentiveness to detail, our touring has resumed, and together with the manufacturer they are implementing measures to ensure that other Indian riders do not experience this issue. We deeply appreciate everything Scott did for us, and we are especially thankful to Ashley for her exceptional work behind the scenes. We truly appreciate all the extra effort you put in. Thank you to Indian Motorcycle Daytona Beach ownership for everything you’ve done for us. We highly recommend Indian Motorcycle Daytona Beach! Thank-you. Eileen & John

Enjoyed our visit. My husband has always had Harley’s, but after test riding, he might be an Indian biker in the near future.

When researching the best dealership to purchase a new Polaris Slingshot at recently, I found many positive reviews about Indian Motorcycle in Daytona. I decided it probably would be worth my time to at least talk to them about it, despite there being a few other dealerships somewhat closer to my home in central Florida. Well let me tell you, that was certainly a good decision on my part. Moments after I made an inquiry on their website, I was contacted back by one of their sales reps, Glenn Evans. As a three time throat cancer survivor, my speaking ability is somewhat compromised, so I don’t enjoy talking very much. Glenn listened to me and we were able to strike up an extremely favorable deal with just that one phone call. I couldn’t have been more pleased. A day later, I visited the Daytona showroom and was greeted and taken care of very promptly. Everyone I met was very friendly, professional and welcoming to me. I have purchased many bikes and other vehicles in the last 47 years since I began driving, but this may have been the easiest and most enjoyable experience I had ever had. Happy to own a new Slingshot, but even more pleased getting it from Glenn Evans at Indian Motorcycle - Daytona Beach. Thank you, Eric (The Villages, FL) Here’s a picture of my trip back home that day… It was hard to get a picture of my smile, but it was there… 👍

I have been looking for a used Polaris Slingshot online for nearly three months. Each time I thought I had found the bike I wanted, I found that the listing dealership had “just sold it” or that the bike “has not been received yet” (basically listed to get you in the door). I began to distrust anything listed on the internet and started driving/calling around. Skipping detailed mention of 5 other disappointing experiences in Orlando/Sanford; I finally called Indian of Daytona.

I initially spoke to Mike Watts in Internet Sales, who was not only pleasant to speak to, but also very helpful and informative. He confirmed that the bike I had previously viewed on their site was in fact there, along with three others; one of which was recently taken in and not yet online. Mike snapped a picture and sent it to me as reference. I had no intention to drive to Daytona, but felt compelled to do so based upon the experience encounter during this 1-2 minute phone call alone.

Upon Arrival, I met with Brian Charlton in sales and resident expert on Slingshots, so I am told. I felt comfortable with Brian nearly immediately, and felt like he was an easy going, no pressure kind of guy! Brian showed me the two bikes I was interested in; one a 2015 in a color I could live with, and the other a 2017 in my color of choice (Black). Brian had already negotiated an out-the-door price for me prior to my arrival, but I still had some internal conflicts. Do I buy the bike close to what I want for a cheaper price, or do I pay a bit more for the bike “I want”! I asked for a revised OTD price on both bikes, with hopes that the one I wanted might come down a bit more to bridge the gap.

Sales Manager, Mike LeFiles then came to me in a very sincere manner. He stated that he would rather work to get me into the bike I wanted at a price I was comfortable with, than see me buy another bike due to price alone. OK, sure, I thought this was somewhat of a gimmick at first, but I was thoroughly impressed when he returned with a very fair price offering, along with next day delivery to Orlando. This made for a quick decision on my part and I agreed to purchase the bike I really wanted all along.

I can certainly see how this dealership succeeds, it’s the people that work here! They love what they do and have a sincere “family” approach in customer service! The “ringing of the bell” for every sale is also a nice touch. The whole place exploded with cheers, applause, and air horn blasts; as if everyone was just as excited as I was! I will certainly make the trip to Indian of Daytona for any future purchases and refer anyone to...

I visited during Bike Week and was impressed with their setup and demo options. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire purchasing process went smoothly. I hadn’t even planned on buying anything, yet I left with a 2022 Harley-Davidson—and even put money down, which I never do!

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. As I rode out of the showroom, I stopped, and the handlebars—which weren’t properly tightened—slammed forward, causing me to fracture my wrist. That alone was alarming, but on my ride home, I started noticing multiple issues with the bike. The most serious problem was that it would randomly slow down and then completely lock up.

Since they had a "10-mile" return policy, I called as soon as I got home—at around 8 miles—and brought the bike back the next day, expecting to return it. That’s when I learned I wasn’t actually allowed to return it. Instead, the service department quickly addressed the issues and sent me on my way. When I asked how such a dangerous oversight happened, I was told that the technician who inspected the bike was new and weighed “100 lbs soaking wet,” which is why he didn’t notice the loose handlebars. For my trouble, I was given a $100 gift card for parts.

Since returning the bike wasn’t an option, I took it home. After being away for a trip, I was excited to finally get back on it. My daughter and I went for a ride, but the same terrifying issue happened again—sudden deceleration, violent shaking, and locking up.

I repeatedly tried reaching Indian’s sales department and tax/tag office through their web portal and by phone, but their voicemails were full. Frustrated and concerned, I finally went in person and explained that I could no longer keep the bike because it simply wasn’t safe. I ended up trading it in for a used Scout Bobber, which has been great so far.

However, I still feel a lot more should have been done. I lost a significant down payment on a motorcycle that was unsafe from the start. I also wasn’t fully informed about their strict return policy—specifically, that it was not just 10 miles but also 10 minutes—until I traded the bike in. Most importantly, the fact that I fractured my wrist just 15 feet from their door due to a missed quality control check is deeply concerning.

This entire experience was disappointing, and while I’m happy with my new bike, I can’t ignore the serious safety oversights and lack of...

I bought a tour package for my motorcycle in October 2025 the gentleman as well as his manager assured me I would have my product in 6 to 8 weeks. 6 to 8 weeks has passed. I called them several times. I spoke with a young lady That was very helpful to try to find out what was going on and she reassured me that I would have my Tour package by the end of February After finding out information from Polaris, still not acceptable… Due to the fact I missed several runs with my wife, not having it. Now February is here the middle of February , Trey (NEW GUY) from the parts department, Call me about the same tour package apologizing to me, etc. he was going to find out where the package was at, he was going to get back with me. He calls me two weeks later and says they won’t be able to get the package Because they absolutely don’t have the package so you can have your money back or continue to wait. STUPID That conversation ended, he went to speak with his manager. His manager called me very non-caring of the situation. I gave them 3 thousand plus dollars they took my money knowing that they did not or was not going to ever have the part they had the money for five months and then decided to call me to tell me that the part is never going to be available That parts manager hung up the phone on me (He should be fired) as I was asking him for his general manager‘s name and phone number. If I were you, I would think twice about ordering anything through Daytona Indian. They will take your money knowing The part may not get there or they may not ever have the part! I would’ve given them a zero they don’t deserve a one ! They steal money and act as if it’s OK yes they are refunding me my money after they have collected interest on the 3 thousand plus dollars that they STOLE (under deception of product) from me in the beginning they should’ve never took in my money and they knew the product was not available! Oh, and don’t let me forget I told Trey(as we spoke on the first conversation) that I Would have thought about putting $4500 on a brand new bike … and then you get his idiot manager to call me back with his attitude and not a care in the world for my business! I’m sure happy Their true colors came out. They won’t get a dime of business and I will let everyone know to go to Palm Bay. Indian Daytona Indian sucks with ...
