I have never been so disappointed and offended about Thai food in my life! I was raised on Thai food and love it. I typically frequent Thai erawan but they were closed today (Sunday) and so I tried this place. I ordered my food to go and was told in a very demanding irritated tone that I must sit if I want food and not stand? I did, but thought it was weird. I got my food and drove the short drive home. I get home and the container of soup I paid for was only 2/3 full!!!!!! I paid 10$ for soup and didn't even get the correct amount! I sent my husband back to fix it before checking the other items, my mistake.

I go to check the other boxes and the gyoza was very underdone and had a doughy consistency, plus poor portions. On top of that, the mangos and sticky rice has about a quarter cup of rice?!

I called to let them know my husband was coming about the soup, and that I expected more sticky rice. The guy was like "I will speak to the man of the house when he arrives to decide a solution" in a really rude tone. I told him that I expect him to come to a solution with me and asked him to properly refill the soup, and to provide a more appropriate portion of sticky rice. He continued to have attitude.

I'm waiting on my husband to return, but I was appalled by the disrespect when I'm trying to communicate about issues, and about the poor...

Great place for Thai food. Modestly decorated, no frills, feels like a family owned place. Don't know much about it. We chose it cuz it has a good menu, reviews, and prices. Siam Spice has really good food served in nice portions and reasonably priced. Service was fast and friendly. Loved the spicey-ness of things. We ordered "medium" spicy and it was pretty hot lol. Can't imagine Thai hot! I had jasmine tea and the zesty coconut & galangal soup. Tom kum ghai(?) Probably not spelled like that. It was more tart than I've had at other Thai restaurants, but still really good. I also ordered a blend of sauteed vegetables and chicken. Reasonably good... my husband (sort of a limited palate kind of guy) had beef fried rice. We both enjoyed our meals, had leftovers, and paid around $40-50. We also enjoyed walking on the new Riverfront Esplanade park. Very lovely to stroll and see the river and bridges, although the smooth jazz music on the speakers at times is a bit odd, I think. Visually beautiful, though. Really beautified the area. However, again, that smooth jazz.. who chose that?? it's just. Idk. I think silence or ambient music would...

I visited this place with my service animal that detects allergens in food. She is a small Yorkshire and she had the service vest on. The hostess seemed hesitant to seat us at first and then said she needs to check to see if it’s a service animal. I told her that she is and I would like to speak with a manager. She then said she was the manager and went to the kitchen. She came out with the cook and they were just talking in their native language and never gave me a response. I then asked her if we could sit and she said that they wouldn’t seat us because the service animal had to be a certain size. By law, any breed and size of dog is allowed to be a service animal if it can perform its duties. She didn’t know that and just refused to talk with me. I asked for her name and she just kept on laughing and saying no and walking away. They refused a service animal, they didn’t know the law and kept laughing. Wonder what service they give if this was the manager. I will also file a complaint...

Very clean and orderly restaurant. Service was courteous, friendly, and prompt. We recently moved to Florida from Fairbanks Alaska, a place where you would never expect to find numerous wonderful Thai restaurants, much less one. But Fairbanks has more than its fair share of great Thai places to eat at. Having left Alaska for warmer climates, we were missing our favorite Thai dishes. We’ve been very disappointed with the many we’ve tried down here. That was until we ate at Siam Spice Thai. The Pad Thai with shrimp and the Yellow curry with chicken were as good as many of the restaurants in Fairbanks. That’s a huge compliment for Siam Spice. For travelers or locals seeking authentic Thai, Siam Spice is a fabulous choice.

Me and my wife wanted to try something different for dinner and I'm so happy we picked this place. It's real authentic Thai food for a great price for the portion size. I got the pineapple fried rice with medium spice and it was amazing 10/10, a little sweet with a kick of spice made for a very satisfying dinner. We also got the coconut yuca dessert and it was very different than anything I've ever had but also very good. Not to sweet and served warm with coconut shavings on top, it kind of had the texture of mochi, a great dessert to round up our dinner. And the part that topped it all off was the restaurant owner, he was very sweet and served us well. I highly recommend this place for anyone.
