Their return policy is a LIE they are very shady and extremely rude. The employees will tell you one thing, their website another, and in store a third thing. The employees who sold me the dress said my mom can come back if she needs to return/exchange, their website said within 3 days as well, so she did. When she did they were very condescending when they spoke to her and refused to even let her do an exchange. It hadn’t even been 3 days the tags and receipt were there and it was a BIRTHDAY PRESENT. Again, their posted policy and the one verbalized to me at the time of purchase by the employee said she would be allowed to do so. When I called they immediately lied about what their policy is and when I said no that’s not what you advertise online or what your employees said to me they say no there’s actually a sign in store that says no returns so actually I can’t help you. Rude customer service and honestly just weird. There aren’t signs indicating sales are final. We were at the register and were speaking saying well I guess we will try it on at home and if it doesn’t fit we can return it and they women just kept nodding and not saying anything and as soon as we notice the fitting room we said oh let’s go try on our things our Apple Pay beeps and goes through. They immediately start to say “All sales are final” , over and over. They could’ve said that before. They could have offered fitting rooms, they could have done things differently. Esp since we were standing in the store! Went to try to on and it did not fit. The only thing they allowed us to do was exchange for something more expensive. All good.
