Visited the store today, September 3, 2022, with my sister and was very pleased with the layout of the store until my sister and I were constantly yelled at by the staff! This one lady continually yelled, “Hey lady Hey lady” every time we started looking at something on display in the window or behind the register! Started out with her yelling at me for trying on an open front long sweater that was on display in the window and yelling, “Hey lady Hey lady We do have a changing room!” Why would I need a changing room to try on this type sweater?🤷♀️ Then my sister had her arms full of merchandise that she was going to purchase and was looking at a pair of boots, behind the counter, that was $120. She is a teacher so she would have purchased them, if they were comfortable but since the lady yelled at us again and was very rude and insinuated that we were to close to the register. She yelled, “Hey lady Hey lady, you aren’t supposed to be behind the counter and when I told her that we are just checking sizes and prices she says well there is a sign that says employees only so I let her know we didn’t see the sign. My sister just said sorry and walked away. Taking into consideration that all the women were in one little corner pricing and organizing with no one behind the counter to help and the counter wasn’t blocked off, so we weren’t looking at signs but at merchandise to purchase. Felt as if they were saying, “Hey ladies get out of our way we don’t want to fool with you today!” Not pleased with this at all. My sister was very hurt by this rude lady. I mean what did they think we were going to do, walk out with the register?🤷♀️ We didn’t even see the register! Customers should be approached to ask if they need help and to quietly say that they aren’t allowed to let anyone behind the register and nicely say but I can help you with anything you see that you may be interested in, not yell at the customers like they are animals. Totally rude and unacceptable. Needless to say we put our merchandise back and walked out. This could have been a $300 or more purchase from us as customers, but this rude person made...
Read moreThis shop is fabulous! I ran across this fabulous shop on Facebook when they were having an Eileen Fisher video sale. They do 2 video sales per day with the most awesome clothes, shoes, home decor, jewelry, and more! I by multi items every week. Their prices are very reasonable and the clothing is current and in great shape. A lot of the items I purchase are new with tags. They have storefronts in Decatur & Cullman, Alabama. If you are out of state they ship flat rate for $8.99 no matter how many items you purchase. They also offer free shipping over $100.The other thing that is so wonderful about this shop is the owner and her team!! This is the only place I have shopped that has good ole fashion customer service. They go above and beyond to help you any way they can. If you haven’t shopped at BTB you are missing out!! It’s a bonus that the owner (Sonya) is a really beautiful person inside and out. She remembers your name and even what brand clothes you like. She is always friendly...
Read moreI would not consign here at all. I wanted to consign two Kate Spade purses that had been purchased in the last three years. The purses were in great shape. I made the mistake of trusting their judgment on what would be resold and what would be donated and chose to just drop off the items and leave. Two purses that cost around $300 each originally that were in great shape were donated by this organization without consulting me. I would imagine a consignor with this type of experience would know that the consignee might think those items were of value and that is why they brought them to consign. It is beyond my comprehension. When I called the store to inquire about the purses after they did not sell in the first month I was told they had been donated. My frustration was met with apathy by the person who contacted me. Very disappointed in the service and the selection process. Will definitely NOT...
