Dropped my phones off last Thursday to get unlocked. Was told that it was either $60 each for one day service or $45 each for one week. I chose the one week, as it was cheaper, and I really didn't have to have them. I called yesterday to make sure that they would be ready so that when I got paid today I could get them. I was then informed that they would be closed until Monday because they were going on vacation. They wouldn't even take a check from me for the phones so that I could get them before they went on vacation. I now have to wait until Monday to get them. I am going out of town this weekend and never go on long trips without my phone in case of an incident. So now what am I supposed to do??? Had they told me last week that they were going on vacation, then I would have done the one day service. But because THEY did not call me, and I called them to late in the afternoon, I didn't have enough time to see if I could borrow the money before they closed. Very...

I can give Gateway Electronics a five stars because they deserve pop stars you've got a company run by a young lady by 33 young ladies in their working and they are very very knowledgeable about car stereo systems probably more than most men they are more than willing to answer questions of your problems as she did mine for hours they allow me to sit outside their store and put my system together and when I had an issue she would come out and she helped me most people would have expected something in return like money for that little bit of help but she didn't yes they get paid to install radios but sometimes you can be blessed and they was that to me so I give him a five-star I think if you going to buy anything or put a system in your car I think you should go nowhere but Gateway Electronics on 6th Avenue...

This is definitely a Ho Hum Run Business. It is clear that no one has any kind of formal training of any kind. It reminds me of a typical hobby turned into a business. I had them install camera system in my home/business and have to say. For the price I paid, they did not so good Work... Very indecisive about all of their decisions. I am sure they are self taught which is not a bad thing unless you are self taught by U-Tube (VERY BADDDDD) with all the wrong information & and are too lazy to FACT Check the info on U-Tube.
