I can’t say enough good things about Dali Bliss Boutique and the owner Jody Suey! She goes above and beyond for her customers. Last year, I had family in town from Arizona and Connecticut when we got the idea to get permanent jewelry. I asked for recommendations online and people suggested Dali Bliss right away but they were closed on Mondays when we wanted it done. Jody personally messaged me within minutes and said she could open just for us to do permanent jewelry. On her day off, she made time for us to come in the store! Talk about amazing customer service!! I love shopping there as well as other services like my eyebrows with Ryan Deetz. Dali Bliss is so much more than just a clothing store, they offer hair and aesthetician services with friendly staff. So glad to have this business in downtown Decatur!...

This is the cutest little salon on a corner downtown. I was able to book my very first facial with Emily and she is very incredible at what she does! I did the express facial at first to see if I would enjoy it. She was very accommodating and asked about routine, gave skincare suggestions and was thorough about what and why the things she was doing. The pumpkin enzyme treatment smells incredible and feels equally amazing. The boutique itself is well set up with some clothing, makeup, and accessories and the hair salon seems to stay busy as well. Well, I've never been able to get in to have any services Done, because I've contacted 2 of their stylists, one of which is the owner and they respond once, and then they stop I guess they're just not interested in new clients or people they don't know, so poor poor customer service. I've been in the Customer service industry for 45 plus years and I guess it's just not how it used to be. Where customers came first, they took pride in welcoming with an open door policy, new and old customers familiar people making new clients. So I will never, ever recommend them, nor will I continue to pursue and beg to be a client....
