Ok so about three weeks ago my son's and I went in to purchase a air conditioner because they were on sale. When we were looking at the air conditioners a really nice young lady come up to us asking if we needed help. I told her yes ma'am we need to get a 110 air conditioner that I see on Facebook they were on sale and I wanted to purchase one. So here she goes looking for it well she didn't see any so she went to the back nothing back there. Well she asked a couple other employees to help her go look and see if there was one that she might be looking over because she was pregnant and almost due. Well they went and looked but when they came back had the worse attitude with her very disrespectful too her. One of the guys had a red or blue shirt on dark hair and walked like he had a big chest, one guy had reddish hair with glass maybe a manager, a younger woman, and then another but but his hair was brown. Well they treated her like she was nothing in front of me and my two sons I told her I was sorry and that if I could take their places I would and u would treat her right. Back to the story, well she went to make sure there wasn't one floating around the store some where which was but it had been opened. Instead of some of the workers helper her get it up front I did send they looked at her stupid like she was doing something wrong. No she was not doing anything wrong I took the dolly away from her because I didn't want her to get hurt or put any strain on her baby. As I was pulling it black headed dude came walking by looking at me like u don't need to be doing that with his want to be big chest. After getting it up front they told her it was broken so we went over to a pull and checked it to make sure because the computer showed two in the store. Well apparently that was a lie because the only one that had was the broken one so she did all that work for nothing because her co workers couldn't have helped her and told her it was broken before ever bought to the register. After all that I had her check with Huntsville store to see if they had one they did she set it up to be picked up by us. Read moreWe ordered brand new appliances for our new home back in mid march, we had delivery delays and it took over a week past when we were told we would get the appliances to get our appliances. we had to go pick up our washer and dryer even though we paid for delivery because they would not deliver until the fridge and freezer was there also. we spend nearly 5000 in appliances. when they delivered the fridge the drivers did not install the handles we had to install everything on the fridge they literally dropped it off and left. but worst of all we had been without a fridge for nearly 10 days and when they dropped of the fridge it was damaged and the doors were scratched and dented. While the delivery driver was here i called the Decatur location and the manager told me they would order new doors. i waited a month and called and they said let me look into it and i will call you back a week passed same thing happened still looking into it i called cooperate office and i was told they needed to call the store and would call me back. nothing. i called again to cooperate last week and was given a email address and told someone would respond to me within 24 hours.
It has been three months since we bought the fridge. I have had all kinds of promises. with nothing to show for it. we bought 4 major appliances for our new home from this location. i would have been back quite a bit because i want to replace the stove microwave and ovens for our new home, but due to the lack of customer service and total disregard for giving people damaged products for the price of new appliances. i am completely frustrated. do not make they same mistakes we did. find someone else to buy appliances through this company does not offer any support and is full of lies just to...
Read moreMy wife and I clearly expressed to the salesman that we wanted a dishwasher with the pocket handle, she did not like the one with the handle that stuck out! The salesman told us that the one on the floor was last years model and the ones they had in the back were pocket handles! We ask him 3 different times, each time he insured us that was the case, we would be getting the pocket handle! They shipped us the one with the handle sticking out! My Wife is not happy! When we ask the manager he said that was the only one on sale, even though they can get it in the black which my wife would rather have and also in the same washer with the pocket handle! They will not swap it out! But they will swap it out with the same one because the one they brought out and installed is not working, it will not wash, throws a code E14 meaning it is not getting enough water! We got this one as quickly as possible because of the holidays and being without a washer, but now we are without a washer anyway until the new year!
Edit: Talked with the Manager today, seems we had not talked to him but the assistant manager. He was very apologetic and wanted a chance to make it right! He offered a couple of options to make this right and my wife chose one and they are to come out and swap out this washer with another like she wanted for the same price! Nice to know someone still cares about customer service! I have bought from Electronic Express in Decatur AL. several times and they have always been very knowledgeable and very helpful, just this time we had a misunderstanding but they made it right!
