This was my first time to try Firehouse Subs , so upon entering we carefully was looking at the large variety of subs available , A young lady asked to take our order which seemed to be rushing us somewhat, When giving our order she would ask do you want this or this or this or this , When the order was complete and we paid ,afterword she actually laid her head down on the counter as if she was going to take a nap , after looking at the receipt she overcharged me on one of our sandwich , when we asked her about the overcharge she said that the mushrooms was a extra charge , and we ask why didn't she explain before hand and her reply was that she didn't work there , REALLY what's up with this , I have to admit my girlfriends meatball sandwich was great But my steak and cheese was small, bland and way overprice , so this whole deal gave me a bad taste in my mouth with the FireHouse sub in...

My roommate had gone to Firehouse Subs and brought me back a sub. It was literally soaked in mayo and the bread was completely soggy. Switching out the bread just made me even more irritated since I paid over $10 for a sub. I actually went back and got there near closing time

It was the same people behind the counter from when my roommate was there. Teenage boys who obviously could care less about being there. They made me a new sandwich for free, but didn't bother apologizing and the new sub still had a lot of mayo, even though I showed them the soaked mess I had gotten.

Just don’t go, I placed a online order using a free sub reward, with the sub having no onions, I called them after and knowing the owner answered asked to replace the cheese type because they didn’t have that option on the app. They put extra onions on it, than put the wrong cheese on it again after calling, I go up to the bar so the owner and put the right cheese on it and I place it on the bar and it accidentally falls down so the owner refuses to remake it and made it seem like I was out to get him after messing it up seemingly on purpose got mad and threw it away, I knew he was mad as soon as we called because they have called ID and he holds grudges against old employees.
