Milsons PizzeriaBuffet — Restaurant in Decatur

I really like this family that took over the space that used to be CiCi's. This is not CiCi's. Milson's is a family owned restaurant inviting its community to come and eat at their tables. My family and I came into the store to eat dinner after a long and busy day. Mr Milson was running the cash register. He introduced us to his wife. Mrs Milson was bringing clean dishes to the counter and greeted the 3 of us with a smile. Mr Milson asked if we had a favorite pizza that we'd like, and we looked at the buffet. This was my husband's second visit, so he told me that the people behind the counter, rushing to keep things clean, organized, and hot, were sons. This is family. We gathered our plates and picked out fresh pieces of some of our typically favorite styles. It is set up much like pizza buffets before it, but what makes Milson's different? It's not just mentioning that they are family but that they treat the customers like family.

Mrs Milson called me by name. She asked me for my opinion. She asked what my favorites were and if there was anything I'd like to see. I wasn't the only one she asked. Families kept coming in, kids would play in the arcade, and dinners were circled around tables. What I felt was not the previous pizzeria that sat before them but the atmosphere that they've undoubtedly intended yet so many other brand new restaurants try to achieve with much more and fail to do.

It is wheelchair accessible. There are pasta, salad, and dessert bars as well. The drinks are fountain drinks and if you ask me the price is great for all you can eat. "Take all you want, but please...

It's a old cicis. They are decent. Went twice will not go back. 1st time went the lady behind the register was great. 2nd time the young man was great, but who ever was making the pizzas was not. Im going to have to start taking names. I brought a group in here and spent over $120 on pizza There was like 4 other ppl in here at lunch time. And a few of us asked for a 2go cup and the young man gave 1 of us a bigger cup, she came around and got on to him for that and told him the baby cups The way she got on to him and he's special did not set well with me. Then she handed me a baby sippy cup after Im the one who payed the bill and tipped that young man who probably didn't or won't see the tip, I asked for a bigger cup she flat out said no. You get this cup. Sorry. The way she did him and then us, I'll never step foot back in this place and will never recommend it. I'll give that young man 5 stars. Rest...

I can’t give “food” a fair review due to them refusing to serve me food while here. My girlfriend, who has a whole stomach, ordered the buffet. I asked for to go price for buffet due to having gastric sleeve. I was told it’s 5.99 per pound!

I can not order a portion of spaghetti and cheese bread to go. I can not order 3-4 slices to go. Not unless I was leaving the restaurant. Making it impossible to eat the my girlfriend.

Refund given for part of the buffet after talking to the owner. He comes off as rude and disrespectful. He said he doesn’t have time to contact me so I could hear him properly.
