Nga is absolutely amazing at what she does! As with most brides, I was absolutely in love with my wedding dress when I picked it up from the shop. I was so nervous about alternations given all of the small details and lace on my dress. The shop recommended Evermore for alterations. I did not think I could love my dress any more than when I picked it out, but was wrong after I tried it on again after Nga worked her magic! It fit like a glove and was so beautiful. She added an extra layer of fabric on a part of the dress that was a bit to sheer for me and you would never know that is not how the dress came. She was able to shorten the incredibly intricate straps to fit perfectly. She added a wrist loop for quickly getting around and picking up the train which was so nice for getting place to place for photos. The bustle was not at all noticeable when unbustled, but looked great and held up through all my dancing when bustled. My experience at Evermore could not have been worse. I went for a consultation and was so excited to talk about my dress. Instead, I was greeted with no conversation about the dress and random pricing. The person who I consulted with told me that it would be “about 180 for the hem” and 160 for the waist. I asked about steaming and she said it was an additional “about 160” for a total price or “700-800”. At this point she had not mentioned the chest which very clearly was too large and had not discussed any bustle options. I brought these two things up and asked for a complete quote. On a sticky note, she wrote down several numbers and eventually came up with “$1354 plus tax” without any explanation or formal system. I needed to prompt her to discuss a timeline and how many fittings were necessary. I am willing to pay for quality alterations, but based on this consultation I could not trust them to communicate or seek to help me achieve my goals for my dress. I would not recommend...

I 100% recommend Evermore Wedding Gown Care for any of your wedding gown care. My review is coming from the alteration side. My dress had a lot of beading and lace so I was afraid to take it just anywhere. After 3 fittings, she was able to get my dress to fit literally perfect. I received my dress from the bridal store with unknown stains on the train (brand new dress). Both ladies working calmed my nerves about the stain and did the best they could do fix them. Since the stain was unknown they didn’t want to treat it like they normally do so the seamstress took scraps from my alterations and cut out the biggest stains and replaced it with the scraps! Can’t even tell now! They are both so sweet! Take your dress here! Don’t try to save a buck and go some place that isn’t specialized in wedding gowns! This is likely the most expensive gown...
